i did 34 last night, what a pain in the ass. got my etheric light and weapon core and used the light on my crota chest piece, now my warlock is 34, i then tried poe 35 and just quit after round 1, i hate the superficial difficulty added by the level difference.
You want to get to 34 first. That should definitely be your first priority. Once you get to 34, Etheric Light is much easier to come by, so you can ascend whatever you want.
Iāve told these dudes about LFG at least 5 times now. They refuse to use it for whatever reason.

I was able to solo this weeks nightfall on all my characters. The solar burn makes it much easier than the last time when it was arc. I only soloed the arc burn on my Warlock thanks to self-res.
I used a Gjallarhorn, but you can stun lock the boss with an Ice Breaker or Black Hammer if you donāt have a Gally.
All the character classes can make the jumps I used vs the devil tank, itās just way easier with a Titan using the more height jump. Hunter and Warlock need to jump on the crate to make that jump. Hunter should use high jump while invisible.
Weāre running VoG hard right now if you want in.

Would anyone mind interpreting what this expansion is going to have? I have limited data, and I canāt watch the E3 trailer. Does it seem to be worth 40 bucks?

The expansion is rumored to have the same amount of content that Destiny had on release, but that is the rumor. The only thing shown from the E3 trailer was the 3 new sub-classes, Arc Warlock, Void Hunter and Solar Titan.
Iāma need to see the gameplay show tonight. Hopefully they make a solid case for an expensive expansion. Maybe Iām too much of a lore guy, but isnāt it a tad early to be dealing with Oryx? Very interested to see where the lore for this expansion goes.
People are gasming over the solar Titan (hopefully it has Blink!), but the small hammer seemed a bit underwhelming. I was really envisioning a two-hander or maybe even a flail/morning star ball-and-chain type. The small hammer lets you become the love child of Johnny Storm and Thor, though, so I guess itās all good.
