Bought some crucible armor and I’m level 31 now. I still feel like a plep compared to all these level 33-34 dudes.
That XP boost for having multiple characters in the Iron Banner ain’t no joke. 212 rep per win today.

So I’ve finally gotten a feel for PVP. I run Thorn, Hard Luck Charm w/ Final Round and Rangefinder, and Wolves Bane w/ Hidden Hand and Feeding Frenzy. Striker Titan.
Going for lvl5 on my Titan and hopefully lvl3 on my Hunter and Warlock.
Fuck this game. Won an iron banner match and wasn’t given any rep!
Destiny PVP is easily one of the worst PVP in a FPS ever.
I’m having an easier time doing the Void kills for Thorn in regular Crucible than IB. You don’t get one shot by Thorn or TLW.
Need to be carried through level 32 PoE.
I am just going through IB for the stupid Etheric Light, after it is over I will go back to not playing MP.
Crucible is pretty cake when Iron Banner comes around since all the experienced PVP players are grinding lvl5 IB. I did the Void kills bounty the same way lol.
I hit lvl5, now,time to farm glimmer lol. I don’t know if I’ll do this again. It was really rough towards the end. I’m decent with a k/d over 1 most matches, but I feel PVP would be much better with TF2 Payload and Attack/Defend style modes.
I also feel like it’d be a lot more enjoyable if folks used their mics. Coordinating which point to hit, etc. You can always tell when you’re facing a premade fireteam.
I think it’s the best. I absolutely hated it for the first 2 months of the game, but after learning it, I think the PvP is great.
I have a lot of fun with Iron Banner, especially with a team full of friends. Grinded that fucker out to rank 5 on all my characters and ascended most of my VoG weapons and two Efrideet’s Spears.
I know there’s a bonus when you have a character leveled already, but I don’t think I could do that. Cheers dude lol. I did not like grinding. I do feel I got a lot better, but I’d need some dedicated folks to run with to get all my characters to lvl5. That would make it not only more enjoyable, but a lot easier.
Got my Titan up to level 30. Helm of St. 14 looks goofy as fuck but I’ll rock it. Soloed the “special” Summoning Pits with my Warlock and got Thorn. It’s my most powerful Exotic now lel.
I think you guys are overestimating the grind to Iron Banner level 5. It’s super easy and fun; you just either have to get sick nasty at Control or play with some friends (hopefully both!).
The new rep buff for multiple characters put in WORK. By time I got to my Hunter, I was turning in bounties for almost a full level of rep lmao
Chad, I see you with that Vault gear, man! It’s so good to ascend; I just wish the stats were distributed better. Vault weapons are amazing to ascend, too. My Found Verdict is about to find many more faces once I feed it that sweet light.
Helm of Saint-14 is stupid good, congrats on buying it. Nice job soloing the Xyor bounty as well; that one can get tough during the lock disengagement portion of the strike.
Gonna relax for this week; always have to take a short break after getting so hype for Iron Banner.

Got IB rank 5 on all my characters. Was not fun. I don’t know what it is about control, but the games seem to take forever. I also don’t like how the scoring works in control. Then there’s all these asymmetrical maps with imbalanced spawns in an objective game mode. God help you if you start the match on A flag on Blind Watch.
Beat PoE 34 underleveled, so I should hit lvl cap today or tomorrow. Gonna upgrade all the VoG gear soon.
How much is the amount of points that you get per winning on your second character on IB today?
Got my main to IB 5, yeaterday played about 2 hours and got my 2nd char to lvl 3 in about 2 hours.
Today they’re saying you can get sub characters to lvl 5 in about 2 hours.
