he’s 27, and shouldn’t be going to online forums to throw around immature insults. i have no problem with people posting or being active in gaming at any age – i myself plan on being involved with games in one way or another for the rest of my life.

i don’t really care why he’s all over DG; he’s being a baby about it. he’s not being productive, he’s not even being funny – the whole ‘lawl lets make their name sound like something gross’ thing went out of style in the third grade. DG claims he can beat just about anyone, it seems – big deal; it’s not like he’s the only one doing it. really, at least he isn’t throwing around petty insults like some 12 year old punk.

the way i see it, DG’s ‘taunts’ are just his way of trying to get more activity going, and i’m not going to hold that against him.

Thai I probably should’ve entered XI but I wasn’t sure if I was willing to spend twenty dollars at that time and I wasn’t sure how I would have placed but then I noticed I could’ve gone pretty far if I did. Oh well, I need to get better at it. I played about 5 hours before people started to come in and I didn’t want to spend anymore money.

Good shit DENTON CREW, and Dark Geese for taking action in bringing people back to SNK in TX. You remind me of my self when I started my thing here in Cali 2 years ago :sad: Unfortunally for now I retire and the K-FORCE goes into hybernation for a while since we have achive our goal of clarifying where are the best KOF and SNK players in the US, in SoCal.

Geese make sure you take care of that shirt, I left it with you for a reason, and make sure that if its ever worn again, is a person who can carry its weight.:wink:

so you think that because he’s doing this for his amusement, it means he’s not the one provoking conflict? i suggest thinking it over a bit more. why he’s doing it is irrelevant.

DG is saying he can beat practically anyone at certain games, but i think it’s a pretty effective way to increase activity between our surrounding areas and get more playing going on. DG’s not just saying “I can beat you and haha” – he’s saying “i can beat you, and i’d love for you to come try and prove me wrong.” i think everyone can agree, that the more activity there is, the better. kingdom’s just throwing around insults – there’s not really any justification.

discussions like this can be informative and beneficial to the community – as long as it remained civilized, i don’t see what’s wrong with it being public.

Uh have you been reading this thread? People have already beaten him and now they’re(Dallas) making it higher by having this challenge against Denton [so far Lukus, I’m not sure who else will play in this challenge for Denton, Destroyer?, Gual?, Orochi?, dfyb?(does that stand for something)]
So his I can beat you and prove me wrong, is this “challenge” that they’re doing.
Its kinda like alright we beat you before and we’re going to do it again but by rules.
They really don’t need to prove anything but to shut him up about him thinking he can beat everyone. Plus the added fact that he didn’t do well at TS6 means he can’t beat everyone.
I’m getting bored of this.

Read up ahead on Kingdoms earlier post, hes just pushing his button for laughs. Conflict, putting him over the edge, whatever it is to stir up his ego. I really don’t need to talk about this. Thai will speak for himself. And nothing is wrong with this being in a thread but damn how many pages and space are we going to discuss this, just this. Its dumb.

regardless of whether or not he thinks he can definitely win, i think he’s perfectly aware that a “i CAN beat you” attitude will be the most effective way to get others to play him (which is him creating the opportunity to prove himself right, and help his movement to make denton known). he knows that a “you beat me before but i think i can probably beat you this time” attitude wouldn’t be nearly as effective as the “you beat me once, but it won’t happen again” attitude he’s sporting. he’s making things happen and he’s going about it in the most effective ways. he’s putting himself on the line to get the ball rolling. i’m not going to hold it against him.

I never asked for characters to play in casuals…I told Tony to pick my characters…that means I know enough about each character that I feel comfortable enough 2 play each one of them…

I went in going casuals…

ask Tony (hokuto shingo) this…he will vouch for this. (Matter of fact he gave me the idea to let him choose the characters!!! I thought it was an excellent idea!!)

Dude my thing is this–if someone truly thinks they can beat me then STAND UP TO IT…put something on the line…MONEY MATCH ME…then I will play you serious like a tournament…(Meaning I played serious in THE tournament but I didnt perform to my best ability)

If not then I WONT…thats that. (Unless you ask me to go all out)

And I dont want anyone to believe that they “really beat me” in casuals cause they surely didnt…
