My character’s muscles were too wimpy to carry his armor set + DBS + my armor, so I had to wait until he got to the Nexus before I gave him his ass whuppin’.
My heavy armor guy just wore the plain ol’ Fluted set minus the helmet. I liked it even though it was more simplistic.
And yeah, I ganked Mr. Silent Chief after he got to the Nexus. I’d have laughed my ass off if he had been popping all that good shit and then the Maiden turned around and blew his ass away (considering she’s really way more powerful than everyone, even the effing Old One). 
I dont even want to know how much endurance you need for the full mirdan armor set
I really didn’t care about about good armor was in the game cause if I got hit, it was usually a one-shot ordeal.
It was all about looks for me. Yurt’s helm + Shaman garb + Moon Shotel(+5) for parrying + Meat Cleaver.
giant shields can be useful, since they can almost block anything but magic

Does anyone know if the Silver Bracelet stacks with the Ring of Avarice? I know the SB increases souls by 10% and the Ring by 20%.
Yes, it stacks. Only two of the same item don’t stack. So SB, RoA, and Soulthirst all stack. Maybe Soulsucker stacks with those too, but I’m not sure if it gives double souls of the the original value or the modified value.
Soul Sucker stacks with those I believe and only doubles the original value.

I remember playing this game on my brother’s ps3. I enjoyed the challenge, but got stuck on the tower knight. How the hell are you supposed to kill something that is 10 fold your size?

I got a PvP fight. I poisoned the dude with a Baby’s Nail and ran in circles, while doing a troll face IRL.

I put in Demon’s Souls today after a long while of not touching it. I was shocked at some of the numbers, 1 being 89 hours played and I was level 110. I could have swore I stopped in the 80s, maybe that is how high I was when I beat it.
I played for a few hours just fucking around and getting back used to the controls.
Where are the copy cats of this game? I guess we all have to wait till Project Dark.

I also booted this game up after awhile, and promptly got one shotted by a black duel wielding katana skeleton.
