Man the pvp in this game is so frustrating sometimes. Phantom range all over the place. Rapiers and great weapons are the worst offenders of it. I swear their range over doubles depending on the lag. That and the recovery on whiffed attacks and baited rolls is too low imo. People can just roll out of punishment. Being able to roll out of the initial backstab animation is retarded. PVP is quickly becoming the battle of which mage hybrid can stun lock you to death.
Mods don’t care who or what started it, they just want it to stop. After what happened with Matriarch, there won’t be anymore warnings. Just stop. If he keeps going, let him. Better yet, inform a mod of the situation from now.
what happened was he flagged me cause he didnt agree with my opinion in a other thread, but still it was my opinion. So i flagged him back, then he started flagging me in every single thread and post. Such a cry baby

So I beat the game a few days ago. Been typing up my thoughts on it as a whole, will post when it’s done for those who care. :tup:
The short version though? IT’S GREAT.
I’m really starting to love the idea of Bonfire Aesthetics the more and more I use them. Now I don’t have to go 300 hours in before I get a sword or item I want. It’s pretty cool for farming easy bosses like The Rotten too. I used one, which brought me to “NG+” level, killed him and got 100k souls. Shit’s ridiculous. That’s more souls than I got from any other boss in the entire game on my first play through.
Cool vids phantom. It’s interesting when he talks about poise and it not working. Although it’s rare, I have seen people face tank my hits and just keep swinging. I’m not really sure what’s up with poise right now. Maybe my connection just sucks. He also highlights another problem with pvp in the twinblade video where the dude just runs and chugs estus. There really is no effective way to punish that, you can’t catch him and you can’t outdamage it’s healing. I really wish there was no healing allowed in the BoB arena.

Even if they’re blocking. It’d probably be a ridiculous stamina drainer, AND it would be doing residual magic damage.
