-Also, that one guy kicked me into the pit, lol and I rescued the girl. I couldn’t get out of the pit though, so I used a homeward thing and got back down and killed him. I died to the dog right after. A few questions about the tomb.

The bonfire is close to where Patches(the guy who kicked you into the pit) is located. When facing him, go to the left and drop down. Don’t remember if there’s a ladder there… You should see it, though.

I must make this build as my next character 
haven’t played this in a year (haven’t had the time.) restarted with the wanderer, sl 23, knight shield, drake sword, blue tearstone ring, starter wanderer gear. capra demon and dogs are killing me as soon as i traverse the white light.
I’d recommend upgrading your shield. If you happen to have a balder shield, it’s a very VERY good shield with great stability. You’ll be capable of blocking Capra demon hits easily…and capra demons hit HARD.

Also the boss fight is kinda finnicky. Sometimes you can roll through and avoid the dogs and capra demon. Sometimes you’re getting locked down by dogs and capra demon rapes you. Helps a shit load if you have a shield with good stability.

That’s what has been happening to me. Those fuckin’ dogs! Tried getting them with my Winged Spear, as well as my Balder Side Sword to no avail. I had to step away for awhile. Playing KOA for the rest of the night, then I’ll hop back on tomorrow. I’m going to farm for a Balder Shield.
You can maybe try going with light equipload… enough to fast roll, but keep a good shield on.
Maybe you’ll be able to roll past the dogs and get better positioning. Still a toss up.
