Actually the most impressive thing from Alioune is his technicity. The way he uses the OSes, the way he spaces whiffing various moves and so on, is nearly perfect. Tech at it’s best.
Hey finally got around to uploading a match for you guys.

It’s a fairly average match but hey might as well give you guys something to pick at. Any feedback is appreciated, I won’t take offense or anything I am uploading this purely to improve anything in my game play. One thing I think I could do is learn character specific combos, as I see Abel’s name pop up quite a bit when you guys talk about character specific combos lol. Also it helps not to mess up the plink in my first combo : (.
i use feirce combos as bnb like crouch lk crouch lp stand hp hk sa or crouch lp crouch hp crouch mk/or stand mp mk arrow. theres max damage combos sako ones. close mp crouch hp far mp mk arrow.
on standing abel max is close hp crouch hp far mp mk arrow.
anywho. after step kick mix up you can backdash. cammy one of the characters that can backdash safely but if they catchup to you they can os to punish.
another thing mash crouch tech after blocked step kick is a good option he’s at 0. even. so mix it up thats what he will actually do MIX UP. 1)mash crouch tech. 2) backdash. 3) Spike fadc if you have bars.
abel is all about the mixup.

i cant really judge your play since i myself working on my cammy. i play differently. i use alot of far hks and far mks. and walk jabs and crouch mks. i use hk sa x2 combos.
close hp is amazing anti air for close jumps and walking under jumpers and hit them if they want to crossup. spike for far jumps. mk arrow to trip guard as well.
you can OS throw to beat ex rolls:
- EX TKCS (preferably delayed) OS throw , Combo
- meaty crouch lp, lp+lk, resume combo: on hit/block its crlp stand lk. if he rolls/backdash it comes out as crouch lp THROW.

Yeah, I was a bit nervous about fighting this guy just because I really hate abel. I normally do use more normals to stuff up jumps, but I just wasnt feeling confident lol. I feel like If I give Abel time to think then I end up getting rolled. My goal is to really just get in there and shut him down before he has a chance to react. I added to him friends so I’ll try play it with more pokes and see how that works out.
That standing abel combo I will definitely try remember, I’ve been practicing the Cr HP to st mp link and I feel like I have it down : S lol.
About the hooligan mixups… I generally don’t use them too much, I used it at the end there because he was low life and I felt he would try play more defensive, but in general I stay away from hooligan mixups unless I know they don’t know how to deal with it. I assume anyone with a decent amount of BP knows how to play (lawl I know) so I try play it a little more serious.
So what I get out of this is more of a footsie game than the rushdown, which is cool and I actually agree with, I just kind of paniced XD.
You almost sound like you disagree with the way I play, and I don’t take any offense to it, I’d just like to understand why if possible : ).
actually hooligan trap is good against abel and other characters like dudley and sakura (U1). AND most of all BALROG. they dont have reliable escape other then backdash.

no, i dont disagree about how you play. i cant judge your playstyle because theres still no definite/best way to maximize cammys potential. in super and vanilla people at least had 2 years of experience. sorry i cannot tell you how to play cammy :(. we are all still learning.

Yeaaaah, still trying to get to grips with AE Cammy lol. Lots of missed opportunities to win, execution-errors, putting myself in the corner and so on. Anyway, comments/criticisms are welcome.

-6’s PSN ID is just known… it’s no secret. -6 cracked out on SSF4 on PSN, so his name was known a while ago.
As for ODIN SIN… the methods were pretty basic honestly, but trust… it’s confirmed.
