Man, Counter hit setups for the win. I’m playin people who used to give me problems and I’m crush’n em …Haha, I think everybody on an intermediate level mashes crouch tech like a mother.

Dash ultra hasn’t been impressive since AE dropped.

I want to see impressive gameplay and good mixups.

Not dropped combos and close matches that should be blow ups.

You’re stuck in super deejay? There are mixups. I would make a video, but the lurkers don’t deserve it.

There’s mixups like in delaying attacks and knee shot tricks…Deejay doesnt have the fancy stuff Akuma or Viper has…but he can make what he has work decently.

I have to say, something I kind of dont like is how much fluctuation I have with PP in this game (I know its not a good quantitative value of “skill” but its the best I can go off of)

For instance, a while ago, I always stayed at the very least 2k PP but for the last month I have been lurking around 1k for some reason, this weekend I got from 1.1k PP and jumped up to 2.2k PP after a couple of hours and now I am back down to 1.6k. Just the online in this game is a bit infuriating at a lot of points, but oh well, should be getting a fight stick soon, and hopefully that’ll up my game once I get used to it

I thought mix ups where when you force your opponent into a hard decision, where if they decide wrong they can be made to pay for it . High/low block or left/block right or a little bit of both and add throws and command throws.

Deejays “mix-ups” aren’t mix ups because they can be negated by reversals right?

Speaking of which, does anybody know how to consistently control what side they land on after a hard knock down?

Does he have any safe jumps?

I’d really love to hear about and learn about these hard to find true Deejay block strings and mix ups that exist but aren’t being shared.

This is true, i also think there are some things that dee jay players dont use quite enough, like empty jump crlk -> crlp -> crmk, and a sort of ambiguous jump HK. I want to make a video of all the different options dee jay has, just idk if i have time.

I like to use empty knee shot cr.lk, cr.lp, cr.mk. That way I put em right in the same position.

ambiguous jump HK is ass. use HP its faster.

Can DJ os punish any teleports? When i try to mini vortex teleporters, they always just teleport away.

His OS options are really slow.

Awww…But We still havent Got the Updates! Dumb Hurtboxs aggitate me more…Balrog…Blanka…Characters where shit just seems to miss on them for no reason.

Balrog’s easy, the only difficult chars are chun/bison hitbox wise… blanka is random

I played quite a Few matches against a decent Balrog the other day…seemed like cr.lpx2-cr.mk would randomly miss…with the cr.mk being so far down his draws, he could shave his nuts with his toenails.

Try st.mk xx to whatever against Balrog, Guile, Abel, Bison and a couple of others.

The sad thing is, I can’t feel any other char 'cept for dee jay… fml. I was gonna try cody or dudley… might look into rose but man…
