No, the half of the wish that was granted was the half where he wished for Dee Jayâs music to be in.
I have a feeling you would only be able to get one thing off of EX Sobat, since it causes a crumple, the target would just get knocked down if you went for a second EX Sobat. That would make things simple, and still allow him to keep EX Sobat -> Ultra.
Weâll see though, Iâm sure theyâll give us something fun to do with it.

An EX move into an Ultra isnât broken, especially if the Ultra only does around 450-480 dmg base. Balrog doesnât even need to use meter and his combo-able move is an invincible reversal.
Boxer gets hit out of headbutt pretty easily. Also, Headbutt -> Ultra doesnât get the full Ultra and doesnât really do that much damage.
Iâm not using this as an argument to say that Dee Jayâs move is broken, though. Sagat can EX-Tiger Uppercut into Ultra, and although heâs strong as hell, heâs not broken.
Since the creators said every character is getting better, I think EX moves into Ultra might even start to be more common.
lawl, Headbutt > Ultra does horrible damage.
Although Iâm pretty disappointed that Dee Jayâs EX Dread Kicks > Ultra got taken away. Thatâs pretty lame.
EX Dread Kick will guaranteed be more vulnerable than Headbutt is though. Didnât think about the whiffed hit on the juggle Ultra from Boxer though, thatâs true.
If Dudley is in it i will main him for sure. I mained him in 3rd Strike and never played as anyone else in that game. Great character. I want to have a Dudley VS. Balrog fight so bad.

You guys have to remember that the voices that weâre hearing are from the japanese release of the game. Thatâs why you hear him say flash when he pops an fb. Theyâre will be an english dub of it of course and we will hear maxout.
