Waypool is just bad. It’s like Way never even knew who DP was and just did whatever. Yet, the worst DP run is his most popular incarnation.
i think its interesting to watch people try and say she needs to be white. nothing about the character implies its a normal skintone(even though they are fighting to say it is), has no bearing on the character or history. im against race changing if it inherently changes the characters story ie. superman cant be asian,batman cant be black…when they have racechanged for alternate universes they also changed the story behind them.
Except for the numerous times she’s been shown wearing less clothing, and still having the same paint white skin all over.

Deadpool films is not the Marvel 616 universe, Its not the MCU and it doesn’t actually belong in any of the Fox X-Men film timelines.
The Deadpool films does what it wants and gives no fucks about it.
And that includes interpreting Domino anyway they fucking want.

People gave Pfeiffer a pass as she was popular, she was hot, and no one knew what to expect out of Catwoman.
All we had before Pfeiffer was Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether, and Eartha Kitt; and that all was on the 60’s Batman TV show.
Worst Catwoman was Halle Berry, she a worst Catwoman than she played Storm.
Pfeiffer is the only Catwoman.
Same can be said about many black characters yet we don’t make them white.
Except that really isn’t Cat Woman at all. Pfeffer’s Catwoman has more in common with Harley Quin than actual Cat Woman.

How many white characters we have, 99% of the roster. How many Black characters we have, 3 if we don’t count the ones we recast with black actors.
Heimdall works as Marvel decided to go with Shakespearean standards for casting, they went with who ever had the acting chops and classical training and not appearance.
Nick Fury being black was in the comics (Marvel’s Ultimates’ Earth-1610) prior to the films.
The Deadpool movies just do what ever the fuck they want to, they don’t need a reason. Ryan Reynolds was talking about Wade having a boyfriend in this next Film, does that bother you too?
