I feel like they’re taking too much time revealing characters.
I think Team Ninja doesn’t really care about removing fanservice… I mean, the boobs still bounce like normal, you have bathing suits and skimpy bunny suits.
Just because you give Christie a Bra instead of her going commando doesn’t mean you are being more mature… And for the record I demand Christie to have her outfit from DoA 4. The Jacket that stays one by sheer will alone.

Yeah the fan-service has been noticeably" toned down" no question about that. (Ayane felt like she got hit the worst) Just felt it was funny on how the power blow camera angle can work. Also shoutouts to camera angles being used when you win again.

She has always been the American girl Stereotype in DoA where in japan manga/anime culture they depict american girls as mostly blonde with above average cup sizes (that are on the seductive/teasing side)

Yeah, I always felt that Tina, and Bass, are what Japan think American’s are like. The females large breasted blonde attention seekers who love to show off their body every second, and the Men loud, large, angry guys with sunglasses and ride motorcycles.
Ein… isn’t he just a clone character? Never really got him.
A clone character in fighter game terminology? Not really since his case is interesting. Story wise he was the amnesiac persona what was created when Hayate hurt his head back in doa2 after being left for dead by Doatec Germany sector. He is likely the one who served inspiration for any future clones matter of speaking and has appeared as a playable character since up to Deminsions. Ein first of all was a playable character before Hayate (the ninja version who has the same appearance, but different personalities) . Second, he was the karate based character before Hitomi and his playstyle is much more different with the slower calm and collected karate over Hitomi fast and aggressive style.
That would be like calling Gen Fu/ Eliot, Kokoro/Akira, Hayate/Kasumi clone fighters because they share fighting styles yet they are gonna be in the game. In all honesty would rather have Leon be scrapped since his character was created only to fulfill the replacement of getting rid Bayman temporarily and he has been reduced to being the wrong end of Zack jokes lately
Ein is probably not gonna get in because they don’t want the “same person” taking 2 slots

i really hope that they add him, even when playing with hitomi is fun, i also like to play with ein, he along with jean lee have been my mains in every doa that they appear
Ah ok. Well… from a story side, both Ein and Hayate can’t be in the same game, unless through a clone. But if they put him in because they don’t want to remove characters, and he plays no part in the story, then I see him having a chance.
Of course Ein won’t be involved specifically as a story mode character ever since Doa2 (he turns back into Hayate canon wise) and Dimensions (Doa 4 had quarter of the roster not being involved/playable in the story), but he has always been a playable character for arcade,online,etc. I heard that the VF guest characters won’t even be involved in the story mode (don’t take this as a fact).
Only sign i seen of Ein possibly coming back as a playable character was the Hitomi bio on the official website specifically saying she fell in love with Ein not *Hayate. *Them not saying Hayate shows they are not trying to sweep the character under the bed quite yet…but with the Rig bio having the “amnesiac personality” that pretty much hurts his chances too since Ein won’t stand out as much now. I would laugh if they got rid of Rig Tkd fighting style and turned him into another ninja in a future installment again
