What was the rule with stories that took place on other earths? Did they put something in the title to tell you, or did you just sorta know after awhile Captain Marvel was on Earth S, etc?

personally, I’m fine with the multiverse, so long as the “New Earth” versions of the heroes are unaffected by the Earth-2 heroes existance.
the moment JSA becomes strictly “Earth-2” is the moment we have problems.

Different Earths, different versions of the characters. Watch JLU? Remember that planet where all of the Heroes were evil because Flash died? Same concept, just add more Earths were different things happened to make things turn out differently.
He’s exclusive to the movie franchises. 
Unless you are talking about Kingdom Come (part of the Multiverse now, a seperate Earth) where he has a son with Wonder Woman, or the Dark Knight Strikes Again where he… has a kid with Wonder Woman… again…
Methinks DC is too scared to have Clark and Lois have a baby because of that comedy routine in the Mallrats movie or something…
The Multiverse is really hard to explain because there’s a lot of shit involved. I would suggest wiki-ing the Multiverse and reading up on it. A basic rundown(before reading): It’s basically a different universe inhabited by different heroes. Sort of like, a parallel universe if you want to think of it that way.
Oh, and I think it’s the regular Superman series that has Supe’s “son” in it. That stuff was written by Geoff Johns and Richard Donner. Pretty good stuff. A lot better than Superman Returns(which was the whole purpose of this whole story, anyway).

Yeah, it was pretty good stuff. It was way better than Superman Returns. Hell, I even went as far as saying that it should have been the movie’s storyline. But, whatever. Stupid Warner Bros. :sad:

There’s also the Son Of Superman original graphic novel by Howard Chaykin and JH Williams III. Now that the multiverse (LAME) is back, that’s gotta be in continuity on one of those earths.
