I would like to request that any of the last five tournaments gets moved up to slot 1 or 2 so I have a game to start playing right away. :wgrin:

Also, I MIGHT be able to house some people if they need it, but keep in mind I live with my parents at this point (I really dont want to rent an apartment for less than 2 months at a time), so if we want to do late night playing at my place, its gonna have to be pretty quite. I’ll give more info when the stuff isn’t 4 months away.

Edit: Also, this new 2v2 format means I can’t win the 2v2 without actually playing a round this time. Damn you Mike.

  1. You don’t go to options. The choice of AHF and AH is on the char select screen

  2. Most people use a stick… haven’t met any pad players. The layout is

DBQ 3 was FUCKING INSANE. I hope more people come out to this one. Also, Perkins was pretty good after 8hrs of no food. And this time, I’m bringing my Magic cards beotches.

Unless you want to end up wasting a bunch of time during the tournaments doing other things, I wouldn’t. The comic world magic crew has never been a particularly enjoyable bunch, at least for me, and most of the people I liked should have moved on to collage/whatever by now.

I’ll probably change the order, but everyone here that plays GG also plays 3S. Couple 3S players don’t play GG…well, alright, one, and that’s 'cause she doesn’t know how. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I like the idea more and more of Evo style. Easier to do tourneys at the same time, and everyone enjoys watching finals (and if they don’t, they can go play on the other side of the room so we don’t have to listen to them). It’ll be difficult to do all the tourneys in that little time, but it’s possible. Might start a little earlier (half an hour or an hour), too, if I can get the place open at 11.

We had a near-40 person Smash tourney in that room with seven setups (woulda been eight if we had another TV), along with kids and their soccer moms, and still room to breathe. If the place had everything moved properly beforehand, we could probably hold Extravaganza 12 there. Ya know, if it would ever happen. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

We all know E12 will probably never happen. Which is sad. I had so much fun at E11.

With a strong showing at Gamma Bowl from the Midwest, I suspect DBQ BBQ4 will have equal, if not better, turnout. Dark Hogosha, is it cool if Milwaukee crashes at your place Saturday night?

If its not ok with him, my parents are fine with me housing people at our place, and thats a full house, so there will be plenty of room. We even have an actual guest bed people can compete over.
