Yeah, all of the info got updated when AC came out. Nobody’s ever really thought of looking back before except for the #r online people.
What exactly are you looking for though? Did you settle on a character? Is there a certain combo you can’t figure out? You do know that you can see a move’s frc timing when you put on the input display in training mode, right? If I get a chance to hang out this week, we’ll hang out. Don’t forget to watch videos.

I just found out Blink 182 is back together. This must be what humans call…nostalgia?
Lee and I witnessed the most creepy/cool thing last night!
We were going to swim but I spotted this HUGE spider skimming the water’s surface. So I ask Lee to save it before it drowns. We spend ten minutes trying to get the little s.o.b. Out. Well Lee goes t scoop it out with his hand and the sac on its ass explodes! It just falls off, and I’m say to Lee “did we kill it?”
What had happened was it had just given birth to hundreds of baby spiders. There were tons just skimming the water. And the big spider was still kicking.
Do some spiders give birth to their babies on/in water? Like the eggs in the sac just errupted and all these babies came out.
It was awesome, but we couldn’t go swim 
too many babies in the water.
Pretty sure I’ll have work for at least part of the day but after that I would be down for something.
First off, Amanda…that’s just gross. lol. I wouldn’t imagine that is normal for spiders to give birth in water because it would be rather difficult for the babies to get out the water…but I don’t want to go further in thought. The image of spider “babies bursting” is a little uncomfortable. lol.
Second, Yay for ST and Jojo’s. More for me to play personally, instead of MKII and Intial D. Although I want to get SC4 in before Naptown clash. Anyone up for setting up a session? I’ll try to remember to make it out (I know I didn’t make it out for Aaron’s).

I’m ordering my Ext. Hard Drive this week to edit later projects throughout the year for fellow film classmates, so I’ll be able to start stocking footage soon. Unforunately I’m still deciding on what editing system to edit on…I pretty much have to commit to one, although I have toyed around with the idea to edit certain sections on different systems. It’s either I edit on Adobe Premiere Pro for the PC or Final Cut Pro for the Mac (although I’m leaning towards the Mac, but I’ll settle for either one).

I’m want to start taking footage from your Online/Offline game battles, so start saving those replays! I know Blazblue can save replays online and 3S can save replays offline, so I know that will help out A LOT! The idea is that you still play a variety of players in the mixtape, I won’t have to hunt you down for footage, and the footage itself will potentially have better quality. If you also want to save your 2DF replays, I think I can figure out a way to capture that as well. For those that cannot save replay games (like SC4/SF4/ST/MvC2/KOFXII), if you just feel like setting up a VCR and record yourself playing a series of matches, that will also help VERY MUCH.

I’m STILL interested in doing a combo exhibition for the mixtape. In fact, I want to call it your “Freestyle!” video. Just a minimum of 3 clips of fairly flashy combos from whatever games you play (it doesn’t have to be the same game). The combos themselves don’t have to be practical, meaning you wouldn’t use them in a match. You could just do it for the mixtape and that be all. You could still do a couple good setups as well to show how much you know your character. The reason I want to you guys to do this homework is so that everyone can represented well enough, and that I have more footage to play with. Remember that the mixtape is not an exclusive project (…in Dayton that is. lol), which means ANYONE from Dayton can be in it and represented in the final product. So start thinking guys! I’ve already got a few ideas in motion for what kind of kind of combos I want to do for Jin (BlazBlue), Kilik (SC4), Siegfried (SC4), Xiaoyu (T6:BR), and maybe Gief (SF4) for the hell of it. lol.

With the help of Osirun, I’m cramming in the backseat of his car to go to Naptown clash (which is in a couple weeks?) As I’ve stated, does ANYONE want to play SC4? I’ll play on Sexbox360 if I have to, though I don’t prefer to. Who’s going? My camera will accompany the trip and I want to get some nice Dayton footage.

The soundtrack is shaping up pretty nicely on my part, although I am still taking suggestions on some your favorite songs and/or songs you think will fit the mixtape well. I’m taking in ANY suggestions, so don’t hold back if you know of something. We’re calling ourselves trying to be diverse about the music selection. For the most part, I have some stuff, but I’m also waiting on new material to come out in the next few months before I get started on editing :).

Sorry to be a downer, but including online matches is a horrible idea.
I know there is an argument in favor of online play but using somebody’s name (sometimes without their consent) and claiming that is how they actually play is unfair.
You know its not the same and there should be times when ACTUAL matches are the standard.
Understandable.
However,
The mixtape is not a bashfest. I think there is a comfortable difference between highlighting great footage from Dayton players and bashing other players down. If it’s needed that I could show highlights of the other players in those matches, then I have no problem including that because I’m not doing the project to embarass anybody and scale Dayton to the highest tier. I don’t have to intent to bash anyone and claim that THAT is how they actually play and that is something I will make sure to carry out before the project is finished. For example, Alucard appears in Mixtape Vol. 1 and the match clips, although in slight favor for the Dayton players (I believe…I could view it again…), never dictates how he actually plays. Every match clip will essentially fair out for both players, so you could even send me matches where you lose. I understand your point because it is quite difficult to highlight good gameplay footage without seeming conceited. However, I think that is a misconception because the Mixtape itself has a comedic element. It’s simply, entertainment.
As far as consent, names can be blocked/cropped off screen. If it helps, I could put up a disclaimer of some sort. Thanks for bringing up that point though, Lee

The opponents name can be hidden/marked out in the recording process. I wouldn’t put the opponents name.
