Like for example you can even ask LLGD , when we first played who gave him abel pointers and now hes playing significantly better. Now if you would have listened to my pointers when I gave them a while ago , You would be doing better… and Im not gonna say names but even they agreed with me when I brought it up. AND they KNOW who they are. I end up playing the characters I play knowing they are usually always bad with the exception ofarakune , and you can ask everyone I always complain that they are bad. Its just the SIMPLE fact of the matter I KNOW they are bad. Youve never heard me say arakune was bad , just that some of the stuff he has is bad…

Yeah, me too. New Ara seems a lot more interesting than old Ara since curse does not go away when hes hit, maybe it can be like fish hitting people out of their combos. Those Rachel changes Quentin posted look very interesting! I really like George XIII being affected by the wind; I’m assuming that means while he’s just hopping around on the ground. That counteracts him not activating during combos.

And a new Distortion Drive is awesome! All the wind changes make me very excited. Lots more to think about when playing her.

Yeah, like 3 months ago it took me 20 matches to beat you. The game was just coming out. I’m not trying to prove anything like you are. I just simply stated what I believe to be true.

You may know a lot about the games you play, but just because you have the knowledge doesn’t mean you’re better than anyone and doesn’t mean it will make you win. If that were true you would have won a tournament by now, right?

I know I’m not good at BB or 4, but I don’t make excuses for my loses. When I lose I lose because I’m not good enough yet. Not because I chose a terrible character.

I would bet money on Zach to win if you guys ever had a “who has the better Abel” match. Even if you guys had to play until one of you got 100 wins I’m confident Zach would win.

Not once have I ever heard him say “damn…terrible character Abel caused me to lose…”. When ever he fucks up he’s always blaming himself.

I think the most admirable thing I’ve seen is when he got beat by Derrick 52 times in a row. He didn’t quit pressing start that’s how badly he wants to get better.

This thank goodness. A burst system that actually works and is equal for all characters, and not an extra life for keep away types.

Noel is like the perfect char to use offensive burst. So fast on the ground and in the air.

Aside from that it’s great that they took away her oveerall damage, increased the prorrating on 6B, and took away damage from the 22C loops.

While only giving her two new drive moves and faster optic barrels. Hmm…

Her drive better be faster and or throw invulnerable if you’re going to take away overall damage. And the new drive move and move off of 6C better be amazing and add to her horribly basic high/low mix up.

You always make such a great effort at peacekeeping when the Dayton WHEEL OF HATE starts turning. These things are cyclical you just gotta let them play out.

How bout I cut to the chase of this “issue” because I saw this coming MONTHS ago away when I first heard of another Abel player who did good at the first AL tournament.

Set up a FT10 Money match at AL this week and lets be done with it. I think Zack is good, I like his mixup and block strings, and he looks more “pro” on paper.

Ross has the type of style that looks like he’s doing nonsensical and stupid things, and doesn’t look nearly as “polished” but that’s just how he plays. When you actually PLAY him it’s something completely different. You can’t base how good he is at any game he plays just by watching how he does it. As goofy as it sounds you have to “experience” playing him. And just from playing him, I know he has a solid Abel.

So you know what? Play it out. Arguing over who’s better in a video game is just dumb…ESPECIALLY when it’s a mirror match situation…

Both BB and SF4 seem to have some of the worst mirrors I’ve ever seen. At least 3s (you know, that amazing game that shits on everything else?) has some entertaining and pretty deep mirrors (save for Chun-Chun). Also, anyone wanna Ft. 10 me in 3s? I’m accepting donations.

Cody supposedly has an alpha counter or something to that effect, and he still has his knife which supposedly lets him do ONE of his ultras (I’ll get to that). No Rolento apparently (I’d love to see him but I’m very skeptical if he would be viable in a slower game like 4).

2 new dudes: An Arab grappler obsessed with oil (jesus christ this could go bad fast Capcom) if anyone remembers Darun Meister from EX I’m thinking he’ll be like that, which I approve of. And some body guard chick for Seth, not much on her.

System: Everyone will be given 2 ULTRAS, both of which are available at the same time, and their commands (and hopefully their buttons) will not overlap. Gen has 4 Ultras now 2 for each stance. Only Sakura will have an extra super, a shinku hado of some sort (read: useless).

Finally: Gief has a 720 air ultra. So now you can hear 2x the mashing both on the ground and in the air. I’m actually curios if they give him this whether we’ll see more online Giefs whiff grabs than usual.
