Datel's Arcade Pro Joystick - Xbox 360/PS3/PC

I think I’m going to take a chance and order one of these from Amazon and see what happens.

Yep, just ordered one from amazonUK

it comes out cheaper to buy it from them and do the currency conversion than you just buy it from the US amazon

should be about $50

now, I’m looking to buy some sanwa parts and start my first mod. I think I might do what evilmouette did and go all quick disconnects then solder later as I see fit.

whats the difference between these datel’s and the joytron rev’s that laugh offers? from pictures they look very similar.

I’ve got one ordered along with seimitsu parts, I’ll be making a worklog next week, and probably make some videos.

I also order this stick as well & plan on doing a mod with 8x Sanwa OBSF-30 and a Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT-SK Ball Handle Joystick into my old Hori Tekken 5 Stick thats collecting dust

Mine was delivered by a driver on Saturday, as opposed to Monday (gotta love Amazon sometimes). True, the buttons feel like mush, and the stick feels UNGOOD, but it’s only for the PCB. Now I have to figure out what to do with this case…

Is there a template for datel’s arcade pro joystick? Not for Mayflash. With the Playstation and Xbox360 buttons and tubro, back, home, start.I dont know how to use photoshop… :frowning:
Thanks!

The template for the mayflash is identical.
If you can’t use image editors what are you going to do with it anyway?

I think he means if there are any ready to print artworks out there that have graphics for the buttons on them.

The stick only came out this month, I couldn’t find anything like that.
I used GIMP to make my artwork, it’s free and works well. It did take a while to figure out how to use it though.

The name.

Got mine wired up yesterday. It works on the PS3 side; I’ll have to test on the XBox side this week. Optical stick seems to work just fine as well. Since I was using a P360 I just used the connectors from the board and attached QDs to the other end of the wire and plugged them up. The small size does make installation quite easy, and soldering wired to the board isn’t that hard either

Just got mine today, going to be modding it next week if all of my parts come in the mail soon.

I was really excited as the weight and how solid it feels, I’m definitely going to be happy with it once I replace these terrible stock parts.

I’m modding mine right now! Just need to find the template to create my art.

Thank you , but this is not what I’m looking for. This is for Mayflash stick not Datel’s stick.I know its identical but the buttons are different.I wish I knew how to use photoshop to fix it…
http://www.etokki.com/Joytron%20Paewang%20Revolution%20arcade%20stick , this template is ideal!

No one has made.
You will not find.

They are just letters and shapes anyway.
Which already been done.

Art on Datel is different from Joytron too.
The Datel doesn’t even have Button Labels.
So what do you want? Even though you say Joytron ideal.

I need letters and shapes on it (for the buttons) like the Joytron.

I don’t think you understand what a template is used for.
