yea i do that combo too. but is that the only mid screen combo ironman got? im looking for autopilot type of combo. something that work mid screen mostly. i got his corner combos pretty good. thanks
Yep, it works midscreen or corner at a decent range from the opponent. That’s why it’s the combo.

I’m sure you can get more reps in but hit stun scaling kicks in if you do things before the launch.

So, been trying to learn the “krispy” combo.

Having trouble getting the bold part to land. When i unfly, the jC doesn’t come out fast enough, i just land. I feel like i’m doing it fast as possible, but i can’t be since its missing. Anyone have an idea to help me out? Anyone else have trouble with that part?
It’s the hardest part of the whole combo, once you get it down you’ll be set.
One thing I’ve found that helps me is to keep holding down the :s: from the Unfly input while I tap into the jC. Also turn on your input log to see if the jC input is happening at the same time as the Unfly or right after.
I plink the input j214S~C.
Sadly this won’t work with other characters that have silly j214 specials… 
Sooo…has everyone had their fill of awesome Iron Man combos yet? Where are all the match videos…I KNOW you guys have something somewhere with our new Tony. I only recall a single video with Iron Man fighting in it so far.
Even strategy/technique vids would be awesome (maybe even better actually)…that does not include resets, just your general approaches (if you approach at all), general movement ideas, point/2nd slot team setups (and why), etc. etc. etc.

training mode was fun for a couple hours but that’s all i could possibly get out of this character. i would do some combos/tech videos, but i just can’t land a goddamn hit in matches or find any worthwhile tech that could let im not suck. it’s impossible. i got a few hits on guaranteed punishes into his new bitchin ass bnbs, but no one ever has any reason to fear im and go in on him. patience kills a patient im and rushing with him is impossible. this character is absolute garbage and nearly as bad as tron and lei lei
Yeah, I pretty much feel the same way, but his combos are pretty fun to do now :D. He does seem like utter garbage now though. Guess I wasn’t that far off the mark when I predicted it before release.
The dream is dead. I think I’ll put out a combo video and then forget about him.
So I was wondering, can anyone get a krispy combo into Iron Avenger after smart bombs? They always seem to flip out no matter which version of smart bomb I do.
I just use the H smart bombs and cancel it pretty quickly. Works for me.
yo, I’ve been having trouble landing the krispy kreme combo on the smaller chars (rocket raccoon, arthur, v.joe)
i can’t get the second j.m on the rejump…
even doing 5H unfly 8.H has them too low for the 2m 5H
so i was wondering about alternatives…
can i do j.5H UNFLY 8.H into j.m 5H ADF 5H 2H S? to get it to work on everyone…

By who if you dont mind me asking? I havent been playing for a while and yesterday i found that combo. I thought it was new hahaha. I gotta keep up, but i found some other loops im going to post soon.
Lulz, I love how it practically doesn’t matter what combo you do with Iron Man anymore. You’re always going to end up in the mid 700k’s to low 800’s no matter how swag your combo is.
The only thing that really does damage after 15 or so hits is looping smart bombs and repulsor blasts with assists and of course the mashed super.
