This makes me sad, but its true.

My biggest problem is the hurtboxes, you have to be so careful where you throw Jedah’s moves out.

IMO, it should probably a variation of her ghost hyper where she can actually move around while the ghosts are coming out of the chest.

The thing is, they need to make another Darkstalkers game that goes in a different direction from the series with slightly different gameplay mechanics, about 10 of the older characters from Darkstalkers 3, a brand new cast of monsters, some better interactive stages like World Heroes had with the Death matches in 3-D , and some guest apearances like FireBrand and Tessa from Red Earth. That way they could touch bases with different fans like SF did with Alpha and EX. You can call it Darkstalkers EX. That could potentialy boost Darkstalkers popularity even further.

I really don’t want them to do something stupid like putting Tessa and Firebrand along with other guest Capcom characters. Yeah I’ve heard people say that Final Fight easily cross-overed with SF but FF actually fits in with it. Warzard doesn’t really fit in with Darkstalkers for some reason…

The game play was the same just no sf characters how is that good for sfex? People hated on sfex because they thought it was a 3d fighter with out touching the game.

I actually enjoyed EX a lot. It’s nothing like Tekken and it still feels like a Capcom fighter.

Also has a brilliant sound track.

Well Arika is founded by the producer of the CPS1 SF2 games (World Warrior, Championship Edition, Hyper Fighting). And yes he was the producer of sfex as well. He still works as a producer for games.

Goddammit, that one guy at Unity makes me want to punch somebody.

The relationship between SF IV graphics & DS3-based gameplay is like the relationship between pre-rendered backgrounds & OTS gameplay. The former is incompatible with the latter.

On the other hand, the relationship between SF IV graphics & SF IV gameplay is like the relationship between pre-rendered backgrounds & fixed-camera gameplay.

I mean, I know that a stylized artsyle isn’t for every body, but that’s no excuse for stupidity.

I also think that Red Earth characters would fit perfectly well in Darkstalkers. Tessa and Leo at least.
