The new knights are faster with a lot less wind up then the old black knights and balder knights. The telegraph a lot less.
The window feels a little tighter but a lot bigger and better then DSIIs parry window. I never parry in DSII its not worth it, window is way too small.
Might depend on the shield you’re using, most the bucklers use the enhanced parry window, then the smaller shields use a more “familiar” parry.
Then there’s shields that let you use the weapon skill with one hand, that have no parry, then shield bash shields.
Oh and the weapons with parry options as well like the katana stance.
I haven’t had issues parrying in this game. The window feels similar to Bornbourne’s. Now I miss shotgun Parry.

Yeah I keep getting that “Well you didn’t quite parry so you’ll take the damage but you’ll sort of super art through the attack anyway” timing, need to get my hands on a buckler or something, just using a small shield atm.

If you’re moving on to the Catacombs/Cathedral of the Deep you missed the Pyro glove wayyy back in the Undead Settlement. I’m assuming that also means you missed a bonfire there too

A law was passed in Canada around 06/07 to add french to game cases and other consumer goods(iirc) before then the games were english only. None of my games before then have it, and even some games afterwards were english only but with an extra french manual. I tossed out a bunch of those. 
This is some classy shit. I’m gonna cop one of these glass cases one of these days.
Yeah that seems to have become universal for North America now, because I’m not in Canada.
