First of all. You as a parent already know what this guy is capable of. Second what makes him think that he has the resources to find this skrull where shield couldnt find him to begin with? Third the Iron Patriot is Ezekiel Stane is my guess. I only stated this that Stane still steal some of Starks tech in The Order.
