I’ve been updating the wiki for a while now. If someone like Ghostal or 4r5 wants to come in and bitchslap me for giving misinformation, I quite welcome it. I’ve been mostly going off match videos, my own experience, and what I’ve managed to glean from the Japanese wiki and Google Translate. Hardly the best way to do it, but no one else seems to be up for it.
Also. This game still needs more hype.
just wanted to know
how is affecting the new policies of sony about sharing the account with 2 instead of 5 ps3 the people who bought chaos code from other users?
I heard whatever has been shared will still be shared. So don’t unshare anything or have something bad happen to your PS3, etc.
Has anyone figured out how the damage scaling works in this game? I couldn’t find anything outside of damage values for one-hit moves on the Japanese wiki, so I’m not sure what they have figured out. I think it scales at 50% or something, which is why 100% combos aren’t exactly that hard to do in that game.
So, not that anyone cares but I discovered an interesting use for the Master Ring. It’s basically a portable super flash that will freeze time and allow you to input a super during that time. This basically means that if Curse Head uses his 720 on you and doesn’t combo into it, you can use the Master Ring SA, then quickly do a reversal super and it will beat out his throw. You can pretty much use it that way in any situation, but the fact that you could use it during a super flash was what really got me. I suppose it’s a good thing that you can only use this item once per round.
EDIT: Alright. So it’s possible to just reversal super out of it. I’m not convinced that this is a totally useless discovery. Manipulating time without spending meter sounds pretty good to me. Iunno…
looks decent, anyone sharing for free?

Thanks for the vids, Hecatom.
Anyone have any idea why there seems to be so much Dorgan? Have the Japanese decided he’s not complete trash after all? I mean, it’s not like he has boobs like Fina, so…
Double post that no one gives a fuck about.

Check out 17:52. Does Ramda’s 2B extend his hitbox or does Evetta’s attack throw catch limbs?
Welp. It seems I’m a few YEARS too late. I just found out about this game and it looks really fun… also I’ve never seen a fantasy based FG. Are people still playing this?
Was anybody playing this in North America/outside of Japan to begin with?
Like most people have already mentioned in this thread, the netcode for this game is complete ass, so any and all chances of people actually bothering to play the game are pretty much gone. It’s a shame, really.
That really sucks. Cause it can cost any US player 20 bucks really from with a PSN card from playasia… and ya know… we wouldnt be playing with latency from US to japan.
edit: Well… Fuck it. The game seems fun enough to even vs the CPU on… plus I can play it locaclly with some friends. Got my code instantly from playasia and am downloading this 242mb (lol) game right now.
Anyone that wants to play add my psn: alpha-ferret_415

So, it seems that the game got a release on NesicaXLive

They have both versions on Nesica. ChaosBreaker and Dark Awake.
I am under the impression that the only difference between both versions is the sprites of Ramda and Sandra, or are there more differences that i am no aware of ?
