Momochi is arguably the best SF player in the world. There are 50 Grand Masters in Japan, and 4 of them are Momochi and his alts. This Thawk, however, was pattern based and would do what he was going to do regardless of whether it was even a sensible idea. Jump whiff down strong land 360 isnāt a bad command grab setup, but when the other guy backdashes when youāre less than half height it suddenly becomes stupid. Condor Dive is an okay move at best, but on block youāll eat a big punish⦠which is why you should never use it against Yun with Genei Jin bar.
Overall this match helps me reinforce something I already knew, the weaker player will kill himself. If thereās ever a good Thawk somewhere in the world, perhaps he can do pretty well against Yuns. Who knows, itās purely conjecture on my part.
I thought this guy was the best THawk⦠:^\
Aurther, I would like to go to the unemployment office to hopefully elelvate my game to the next level. Iām free all week due to the fact that I am indeed unemployed at the moment. Thanks.
Consider this my application.
I hope the lines are not too long.
Terraria PvP sounds like fun times.
Best Cheapest would be get a TE. You could get an SE like a BrawlStick for $59-$79 then all new buttons and Joystick. around $70 plus the labor $$$ or just get a TE for same price done.
It seems this is the thread for Dallas gamers to set up and game, and it seems the meeting grounds is Fort Worth. Does anyone know if there is public transportation to the Fight Club there in Fort Worth? I would definitely love to meet some Dallas players and definitely level up my game. Thanks
What part of town are you at? Dallas rail line (DART) hits most of the major areas. But to be hones, most people play games til an hour when the buses arenāt running anymore. Best bet would be to find a carpool buddy.
Going to Austin then Vegas this week, really donāt have time to get any games in. From now until I leave I have a bunch of training mode shit to do and a lot of notes to make. Point is, canāt really play before evo. Week after Evo isnāt much better, Iāma be gone to do wedding shit for a friend of mine. After that, however, Iāll be practicing for SBO quals the following weekend, so, yeah, hit me up then I guess. ā¦or talk to Adnan in the meantime, whatever.
Oh yeah, Thursday night is Ladies Night at the office. They get in free all night long.
Oak Cliff, near downtown. And unfortunately I donāt know of any carpool buddies. Most of my friends arenāt into fighting games like I am
Are we supposed to get confirmation emails from EVO like we did last year? How are we supposed to know what pool weāre in?
It says on the website that they will post 3 days before.
