Better parts. All Sanwa. Also, I’d be looking for parts and labor service.
Paying for parts and labor on that job is almost the same as going out and buying a TE. The parts alone would run close to $50. Then add labor ( which is extensive) its almost not worth it unless you like the portability of the EX.

Since 80% of peeps are going to evo next week. I will try to put on a fight night/EVO Watch Party at my house again that weekend. Running Street Fighter IV:AE. We may have EVO on the projector and AE on the arcade and Monitors. I dont think anyone will mind.

Thanks for the advice guys. I also looked at the total cost (parts + labor) and was willing to go ahead because of the portability, but if it’s really not worth it then I’ll rummage around for an alternative.
