Rugals is more of a dive punch. Don’t forget Akuma, Sakura, Cammy and Maki’s (off the wall dive kick).

Didn’t SBO1 run off 1vs1’s? I’m not thinking of SBO2 where it was 3vs3 where Sawada, Mago and Kindevu won it. The reason I remembered this trivia question was because I remember reading a youtube comment saying “holy crap, almost every single player is running Sagat.” That’s where I originally found out back in 2k3, everybody thought Sagat was like a CvS2 demi-god. I also remember people saying Sagat’s c.fp would like punch your ancestors if it hit you cause it was that good. I understand that it’s good even to this day, but I think it’s somewhat overrated (dhalsim and cammy’s fierces are forces).

In terms of Japanese players I respect, I gotta say the ones weepel mentioned are definitely on the top of my list. People who don’t use CBS and ARE who are still succeed are imo, the most impressive. Really, really enjoyed watchin Otaku and Deshi in their primes. Ver is actually the reason I play K-Joe cause it’s just not worth whoring top tiers to win. Do morikawa and Aojiru still play?

Can’t Sonic Hurricane and Super Psycho Crusher punish blanka ball on reversal?

I don’t think Morikawa plays anymore, neither does Aojiru…only a FEW that played from the beginning still played, and its only been recent that Kisshi vids have shown up again. I always liked his matches since he stuck with A-Kyo (much like myself) no matter and proved he can be good.

  1. Anyone with a 2-frame DP or normal… but doing it with a normal is hella tough, the dp is easy cause you can buffer it. So like Sagat and Ken immediately come to mind. But sakura can st.jab if she gets it perfect, and bison can cr.jab it.
    2.Well this is sorta ambigous cause all the multi-hit Fireballs have juggle properties, cause the first hit knocks down and the rest of the hits then “juggle” afterwards. But if you mean who can juggle after their super fireball, Akuma can…
    3.Hmmm I doubt I’ll get all of them but, Chun-li cr.Strong, Blanka df+fp, I think Todo’s f+mk can go under fireballs if you time it right, there is probably one Im not thinking off, but whateva.
  2. do it so your closer to a wall and he won’t be as far off the ground on the bounce back and then he’ll land wayyy quicker.
  3. Zangief, do a hella late headbutt, and then jump up and immediately do another, works on Chang and maybe someone else.
  4. Cr.strong with vega, Hibiki jab slash, I think ryu and ken and akuma can all block it a little late and then immediately do j.rh to hit, that used to work in cvs 1 and Im pretty sure it still works. Probably missed some…
  5. ? don’t know, I was thinking ken’s provides advantage… maybe the kyo overhead ender?
  6. Just jump cancel it perfectly near corner, hit hp as late as possible so they are still in hit reel and then do a dp… Or use the LVl2 extended juggle combo.
