no really im not insane, vice really isnt solid…i guess your definition of solid might be different than mine, but kyo and geese are solid IMO and vice does not fall near that…
ive seen king beat sagat as well, that doesnt make king solid…

I guess anything but mid high tier isnt solid. Theres a huge difference between king and vice tier wise. Ovbiously king isnt solid and any char can beat any char at any given time. However, the fact that there are people who play vice seriously and DO compete at high levels should change your mind. If you really dont believe me, tell me exactly what her weaknesses are.
So far you’ve made two posts about how Vice sucks and isn’t a solid character, but have made ZERO attempts to back your argument.
Feel free to elaborate on why she’s so bad. I’d like to hear it before I have to go find the links to vids of high level Vice (C, N, and A).
hi. i was kinda wondering what the general consensus is on a team of k kyo/hibiki/cammy with hibiki and cammy alternating as the r2s. lately I’ve been thinking that while k sagat is good, if i were to pick sagat that i might as well go with a c groove team. naturally if i do decide on k sagat, he would be replacing hibiki. hibiki’s problem matchups are almost too much for me to handle lol.
^k sagat and cammy are nice anchor characters, very good for a R2 character. but personally i think hibiki has too little health, stun. once u whiff ur slash or get rolled ur going to eat so much damage that’s not even funny. reminds me of this high level vid where sagat rolls while hibiki does the slash, eats a cr.mk lv.2 super into uppercut…damn that’s gotta really hurt man
Hibiki isn’t easy you have to really work for your wins with her. she doesn’t have too little health, same health as chun, morrigan, and i think iori, which is 400 points less health then the average character, the 60 stun does suck though, but if you get stunned you know your doing something wrong either way.
i think you’re team is fine, but i wouldn’t put R2 on hibiki. i agree with scrubydan that hibiki doesn’t have enough life. K sagat isn’t bad either because once he’s raged up, he does even more damage than he usually does (which is a lot). if you keep hibiki though, cammy’s your best bet with R2.
thanks for the input everybody. i finally decided to settle with k kyo/sagat/cammy. i tried rock out for a bit but he’s mad tough.
I’m new to CvS2(but play a lot of 3s), and am looking for a good team to settle for. I’m looking for someone to fill in the last spot in my K- ______, sagat, cammy team. I’m not great with charge-up characters and shotos or anybody with shoto-ish movesets feel relatively natural to me. Thanks in advance!
^^ if you like Shotos (can’t really tell by your comment), then you can try any of the shotos.

Alright, similar question. I’m trying to form a K groove team now, and I’m pretty confident I want Blanka as my ratio 2 anchor. As for the other two spots, I keep going back and forth. I’ve been between Akuma, Rock, Zangief and Guile (I know K doesn’t offer Guile nearly as much as C does, but he’s a character I’m very comfortable with.) Any suggestions for good combinations or other characters I should check out?
I actually like K Guile. I’m well aware he’s not C Guile good, but he’s still got his retarded pokes and gets lots of Sonic Hurricane’s. If you like Rock, he’s a VERY solid K Groove character. He takes a bit of work to land some damage, but it’s very much worth it. I personally would put Sagat as my anchor. He just has too many good matchups not to. If you really don’t feel comfortable with him as your anchor, i’d work him into your team somewhere. He doesn’t take a ton of effort to be good with, and you can land big damage relatively easy.
K Sagat/Rock (or Rock/Sagat, depends on matchup)/Blanka is solid as hell.
oh, cammy too. She’s a top notch K character. Brain dead links are really all you need. She can link off of close fierce, far fierce, crouch fierce (correct me if i’m wrong someone), stand strong and crouch strong. None of those have to be counter hits to work, either. You have to be careful with stand rh against roll grooves though, if it gets baited and early rolled, you’re gonna get hurt bad. Just use fierce alot. It’s too good.
Hi there! As my avatar may indicate my team is basically C- Guile/Rugal/R2Sagat 
Recently i started to train a few character to replace rugal sometimes.
The core of the team is Guile/?/Sagat.
I picked ken and cammy who makes very good users for that team, but now i am picking Eagle; he does well both as battery/user in my opinion. His lvl2 cancel is damaging. I am still total beginner with this character.
So what do you think about a C-Guile/eagle/R2 Sagat team. Is there big weaknesses in this team? Any opinions are welcome.
Doesn’t vega give both Guile and Eagle a hard time? It’s a sincere question. Doesn’t he? If I run a theory match in my head real quick, it seems like that’s the case. I better leave it to the pros.
I’ll take your advice and make Sagat my anchor. That leaves me with K x/Blanka (or Blanka/x), Sagat 2. I’m still trying to figure out which character I want to fill that spot (Rock, Akuma, Guile, Zangief, ect). Since it’s K groove and meter isn’t transferred from character to character, will my team be solid as long as I pick a character that’s proficient in K groove, or will certain characters work better with Blanka and Sagat and benefit the team more overall?
