Yeah I forgot to say - I hate playing blanka/vega/shotos. Its not that I cant play them, its just that they arent fun to me.
I was using Sagat/Chun/Yama for a while but I dont like not having a reliable anti air (c.hk only gets you so far)
You don’t want to play R2 Iori. It’s not a good idea for a standard team. Maybe for certain match-ups, but as a standard team you get raaaaaaaaaaaaped by A-Are, or any team with Blanka at the end in general.
I put haoh first and r2 because he is really strong and my best character, plus his supers arent as reliable as the rest of the cvs2 cast, so i use him first to gain bar.
actually, i take back my words. haohmaru is pretty good up front because nobody wants to get hit by his HP. i still don’t like the idea of R2, though. probably because i like my anchors to have more life. but what do i know? i freaking anchor random people at times. LOL.
so, for you, i’m thinking: haohmaru, ken, chun-li / sagat (R2). iori is absolute god in n-groove, but i think you’re pretty insistent on keeping haoh. so there’s my two cents.
so, i was wondering where p-groove kyo should belong on a team that has no cammy or sagat. any suggestions?

Rai’s Mai’s is sick… Bas thinks K mai is better than k kyo! I saw people were looking for a k character. Somebody need to scoop up Mai. Seriously.
Thanks. I think there are a lot of K players that are better than me now, but back in the day I felt so alone. No one played K when I started playing…I was like a novelty, and it’s hard to gain respect when no one else does what you do.
i still remember hearing everyone complain because i picked k groove back when most everyone was playing c and n. i used to get the usual “you get too many supers in that groove!” complaints. good times.
I’d put Kyo last. He’s the one with the highest damage potential once he has meter.
P-Ryu/Haoh/Kyo r2 is IMO the bes possible order for that team,.
yeah, i was thinking that. my play styles with ryu and haohmaru are radically different, so i think the change of pace would be a nice thing to have if ryu goes down.

Let’s say you have the team N Guile, Akuma, Sagat. Do you give the R2 to Akuma since he has the least hit points in the whole game, or do you give it to Sagat to create a solid anchor?
