having a umvc3 /kof session tonight … if any one wants to bring cvs2 and some sticks that would be sick … goes from 7:30 - 12am probably later.
Not enough space to bring my setup to the MGL Versus tourney on Sat, but ill be there for Cvs2 casuals on the arcade machine.

Hey how many people play or are interested in Chaos Code? Going to be down in san Fran for school on Treasure Island on the 28th and that game has pretty much all my interest along with the KOF Ranbats.

I’ll stay positive here:
-I’m glad we were able to get several hundred viewers, despite going on at the same time as the main evo stream.
-The level of play was very high, at least the best since 2010 (the one with almost 50 entrants). There were some amazing matches between Gene Wong, Buktooth, and Kindevu.
-Gene’s going to be coming to town in a few weeks actually, and he wants to play cvs2. He’s down to show up at this season’s first ranbat, if there is one. If not, I’d like to set up some exhibition with a stream, I think that’d be fun and great to see. Either way, Leezy you want to get some games with this guy? I’d like to try and talk Wis into playing too, though I’m not getting my hopes up.
-I hope some interest was rekindled around the country in playing cvs2. Talked to Jason Cole, who said he wanted to incorporate cvs2 into their local tourneys in Seattle as well, hope that goes down, and maybe we can develop some regional rivalries like norcal and socal have with kof.

Shouted out CvS2 dudes in the EVO forum as a n00b nobody low tier hero. Camera died somehow during me vs S-Groove Mike, end was cool. Poongko wandered over in the FORD GT jacket, but was there only a minute, should’ve tried to get him to register anyway.
I’m a lot closer to MADE? Oakland game museum one than SF, if that’s still Tuesdays. Across town from RAMnation.
About the stream, I will be honest, its not that great due to the internet and the situation that was in. Its complicated, and theres things that could have been done better. But live and let learn.
As for streaming some exhibition matches between Leezy, Gene, and possibly Wis, i am most def down. For sure that will be much better along with the internet.
I also hope the Seattle CvS2 thing picks up, it would be great to have some Northwest vs NorCal vs MD thing if it gets big enough.
