Hey guys I am new to srk but have been a part of several other arcade forums. I have been playing cvs2 pretty religiously for the past year and am gonna have to say its my favorite at least for now. I am holding a local meet/tourney in Hayward at my warehouse on the 19th and have a dedicated cvs2 showcase cab along with a bunch of other games like 3s, ST, MOTW, MVC2, TekkenxStreetFighter, UMVC3 and more. I have 4 other friends that main cvs2 as well that will be attending so there will be some good competition. If your interested check out my thread.

Hello lovely friends, I am back and active in the CvS2 scene. It has been inspiring in my interest to have good fights again, with a classic game of honorable matches.
I will be hosting sessions on Friday in South San Jose. At my house, and we can get 2 CvS2 stations hooked up for increased playable pleasure. Please bring sticks and all the goods you can get.

Dude, I just read your article on IPW. FUUUCKK@@@!!! My gosh, I love this game. Such a legit and truly challenging game. I hope someday, when I become quite a millionaire, I will invest in hyping the shit out of CvS2 & SSF4 AE. While I do love SSF4AE, my heart will always remain in CvS2.
SFxT is nothing like CvS2, and like SNAAAAAKE said once before, that is an insult to even consider that.
Anyways, I have been training a lot recently, and bringing back the K-Mai, Rock, and Kyo R2. I am excited to play again, since now I have grown older and can take the skills and mixups that I learned in SF4 and transfer it back into CvS2.
The rush down, the rage for meter, the high demand for precise execution, and the challenging matchups. I love it… drools

I can’t make it to Extravagant’s, but future Fridays I can hold open if this will be a regular thing. I’ll be in Moraga on Sat for the St. Mary’s graduation, but I might be able to stop by Hayward after.
