it shows the host that you WANT to attend but you cannot. (which is 100% understandable) When you don’t say anything…it means you just do not care at all.
Honestly, I know certain people like Esco and godhand really do not go on here as much/missed it but im pretty sure 90% of you saw this and didnt care. I’m just trying to make a point that unless you’re a good/well known player or are respected, no one gives a crap.

Kinda hard for whiteshadow being he lives in Mass. The only reason he makes it to a lot of CT events is because I drag him with me. I can’t attend Saturday meetups because I work Saturdays.

Well I have posted on a few occasions about meeting up to play and not a single person has taken me up on the offer. I have also posted to help others out so they could step up their game and still not a single person has taken me up on the offer. The CT community is one that just plays to play and nothing is wrong with that. You need to understand that people have other priorities so making time for games does not come first. I wish I were young again and could game when ever I wanted, but its not that easy to just say “OK I’ll be right over” anymore.
Everyone appreciates what Walter is doing for the community, but CT has always struggled with getting any type of consistent session going since the beginning of time.
This is not entirely true, I also replied to his thread and PMed him about it making it down to NH, but I had already had plans at night. I told him if it was an all day event I could probably stop by earlier, but it didn’t start till 7pm so unfortunately I could not attend.
So who will be at Gaming ETC on sunday? I will be there this week as last week I was at Howards for the ST stream. I expect a better turnout this week as seeing how many people are going on and on these past couple of days about random nonsense
This is why I have Gaming Etc host every Sunday fighters(eventho technically you guys can go there any day) Not everyone has space in their house to host or its not convenient or they do not feel comfortable with hosting people they have never met before in their house. Ciggs Im sorry I couldnt arrange something with you for saturday but I am up to my eye balls in scheduling which is why I have Sundays

Word. Windsor Wednesdays was fun and thanks to that I got to meet a lot of the new school players in the CT community today. Hope someone/something else can step up in its absence.
The funniest isn’t that I’m not from CT. I’m being bitched at for not going to a meet up, and the reason is that I feel I’m to good. News flash, I fucking suck. If I have ever given the inclination that I am to good for anybody at a game then I apologize. Yet, I don’t think I ever have. I also have never gotten any inclination from any CT players that they are to good to give me advice. I have gone to numerous tourneys including the Project Failures, Gaming etc for tourneys and meet ups and casuals in windsor and other places. I have not met anyone who when asked for advice turned the question down.
Honestly, you sound mad at me because I respond to you at length about why I disagree with you, often giving facts to back my opinion while calling you out on your hypocrisies and flawed statements. You very often do not respond to me which only sounds like I covered the bases of the argument leaving you no way to make any continued inaccurate statements.
Bottom line is that you seem confused about why people take issue with you. At this point you seem to think it has something to do with skill level. It has nothing to do with that. The reason people find you obnoxious is that you seem hell bent on not only having your voice heard but convincing people you are right despite your opinions and statements being flawed. To be wrong is one thing, to be wrong and not acknowledge that you are wrong when given reason why you are wrong is another.
Well my 2 cents is that im absolutely way too good to be going to any of these so called meetups around here. All the way too good players meet up behind everyones back anyways. One things for sure though, I would never invite Dont Jump anywhere.
Realyst and I gave you advice when you came down for his sessions, you Basicly mocked us for not knowing what we were talking about meanwhile the score was around 90-10 give or take a few. I also gave you advice when I went to your apt. You had the same condescending tone. Score was 30-10 give or take again. Multiple people have asked me for advice and I have always given it to the best of my knowledge. If I turned you down for advice at any time please post up and tell me.
There are 2 weekly sessions that I know of in this state NOT including Sundays. Because people did not attend 2 meet ups that that were posted with minimal notice on a saturday night (not everyone posts novels on multiple forums) you get high an mighty and call people out. I’ve seen more out of state people at more gathering/tourneys then you.
Now as to why people don’t ask you to come? Because your a condescending asshole that would ruin an other wise good friendly environment where people are trying to learn properly.

Every question i’ve ever asked in marvel and SF, has always been answered honestly. Whenever someone blew me up, I asked what I did wrong, and even if i didn’t feel I did what they said, I accept it because they were the winner in the end.
While playing essex, I often ask him many many questions. He’s always happy to answer them, because he wants everyone to get good in marvel.
You however, for someone who plays for fun, seems to get bitter at his peers “yo that shit was random” A friend of mine played you, and because you didn’t know him…you were like “random” when he beat you.
