Raion store is closing Sundays now at 8 hours laters on Sunday for us, if need be we can stay till 10:30 but I no longer have to rush. They ask everyone else to leave at 6 now, plus I think you guys are underestimating how many people are there on saturdays for TGC/Board games
If I go to the tournament, I probably won’t go to the lock-in. Doesn’t really make sense to do both.
Totally understandable and frankly I dont blame you. Im going to talk to Gaming ETC to see what would the price be for those that want to go saturday but not stay the night and by what time would they have to leave if anyone is interested

Why are you guys still complaining about umvc3 theres hardly any BIG nerfs according to essex wolvie is still good except with less health and no invinsible cross over, Wesker got less health, Mangneto i think they nerfed his fierced. Its not really big changes the core gameplay is still there xfactor tone down lets see how it goes

They are holding the lock in regardless that day for the card/board game players, they are extending it to those who want to play vgs to partake as well. Also try some other games as a why not

Exactly! Capcom will lose the audience that they are aiming at. Their goal is to aim at the CASUAL player not the COMPETITIVE player. Something which this entire site, does not realize.
And I agree with your first sentence very much. Just because it has “Capcom” on the game does not mean its an automatic we should all love the game. Not at all.
I’m a DIE HARD Final Fantasy fan and own every single version made up to 10 on every system but I in no way shape or form enjoy 11, 12, or 13.
I love the mega man series but i didnt enjoy X2, legends, megaman 64, or mega man 6.
Just because we all love and play fighting games does not mean everything they spit out at us needs to be a great game or considered a good game. MVC3 was a FUN game casually. But it had shitty netcode, lacked characters, lacked features, lacked storyline, lacked a fucking spectator mode. Theres a difference between making a solid game and then deciding to release an update to us and then there is making the game HORRIBLY, NOT ADDING IN THE SHUMA AND JILL ONTO THE NEW DISC, and charging us a high price and not offering us the option to pay less for a full version on DLC (similar to AE)
People are mad because of the views as a casual gamer. Drop the competitive crap for a second and look at this as an average everyday consumer.
