Lui Kang has some bad match ups vs the S class characters, but then again who doesnt : /

Not I. I just noticed when I got home sunday how much they nerfed Kung Lao. It was like 5-6% for his shenanegans. While Ermac has like 2 5-hit 30+% combos. He will now be in my tier of teams

i still do not see mk9 as a competitive game…but it is one of the most fun and entertaining games lately, for sure. It does bring me back and make me happy.
Same goes with MVC3 as well. However, I am still very entertained with MVC3 because I think there is much more of a science and more depth to the game when it comes to creating your offense. Meter build, status hypers, team combos, x factor combos, etc really make for some creative and very damaging set ups.
But then I see everyone mashing H and Tron and Sentinel assist and just hate the game again.

Liu is pretty brain dead at times but some characters are just to much for him to handle.
I just don’t like the control or flow of the game. Plus none of the characters really interest me and I don’t give two shits about single player. Not my game I guess.
