$2000 PC? That’s like me saying you need a $2000 TV. I built my PC three years ago for <$500 USD and I can run DC emu easy. Does your DC do anything other than play games? Can it even play all of them online?

I agree, a powerful comp is not needed to run the DC emu smoothly(same goes for Mame, kawaks, CPS3, etc).

But your CPU will overheat if you attempt to emulate a CPS3 game whit a weak processor.
…lol. It might run poorly on a weak processor, but it wont overheat it unless there isn’t proper cooling. In which case, anything that’s taxing on the CPU would overheat it.
Hey can anyone help me get my palette mod working? I modded the US version but when I started it up it gave me some crap about rewriting the CD.
I have the Japanese NoCD version,but the problem is that inside the .rar, there’s only one file, and it ends in .u2 . How do I edit my colors for that one?
extract your US version, change the boot file and rename the folder to the japanese one. SFIII3n or w/e
I REALLY hope there isn’t online play in the next Elsemi’s CPS3. Because then half of the people online will use that and half of people will use .117 and then NO ONE will play.
BTW, ElSemi’s emulator is very unstable when it comes to flame rates.
Who cares? 99% of the people on kaillera are total scrubs anyway. I’d rather use a good emulator like Elsemi and p2p it up with a few people I know are at least decent, instead of hunt for crap players with MAME in random servers. A lot of you are acting like online is the only way 3S is played.
Is there some way people can get in touch with Elsemi to give simple suggestions on what to include?
I was under the impression that he only speaks Spanish (?). If someone from here does write to him for suggestions in the language he understands, please include:
-unfiltered 75% scanlines video option
-kaillera support (doesn’t mean people have to use it!)
-the option to lock the aspect ratio when resizing

the emu just run like a piece of cake and wouldnt hurt to have alternative, i really hope it get implemented.

replace normal 51, audit then go to preferences and unclick check for new games [i think] and replace 51 file

Yes people have asked on numerous occassions for the inclusion of kaillera on his forums. (Both in english and spanish.)
