We always host the Vampire savior ranbats on a private server and everyone “usually” has an extremely tight connection.

It won’t detect my CPS3 roms with the plusplus (downloaded from both links on Page 20)
All the other regular games are detected.

The other emulator works totally fine.
For me, 3s plays fine for the first game or two offline and online - but then its all downhill from there frame rate wise. Not sure what the deal is.

This works, and it is fairly close to being complete. Biggest missing detail is the super screen is missing, and there’s some flicker in some spots. Ibuki’s bg also messed up still. Gameplay seems ok, and the problems aren’t massive anymore.

Just played Endless, we had a really solid connection, had barely any problems at all, mind you this was on a private server, quite a few people though.

I was about 85ping, KOH was about 15. It was acceptable, but I don’t think we could do any really fancy parrying. Supercancels, kara, and gameplay stuff can all be implimented pretty well though.
How do you guys use private servers? I just go into the anti3D room (because it says New York and I figure it might be faster? no idea) and wait for people to host lol. The lag is really bad, but I don’t know of any other ways.
Edit: I have a ping of 31-32, is that good or bad? I hope I’m not the one causing the laggy connections.
Yeah, I’m interested too. It would probably be an improvement if I could get a private server going.
Running a private server is simple. What you need to do is download a non-emulinker server executable and run it on your private machine then invite your friend for a game.

you need that. open the .conf file in notepad to change the server settings save, run the exe, join your server then let whoever know what the IP of your server is.
Yeah I got caught by Stun Gun couple times even though I was holding up. To make it worse I scoffed each time thinking “yeah right that’s not gonna hit me”, it always did tho… :lol:

Wow. Now I can’t even connect to anyone in Anti3D. I go into someone’s room or host it myself, then when the game starts it plays arcade mode without lag as if I’m by myself. Once I quit none of my messages show up in the chatting area. The people I’m supposed to play keep wondering wtf is going on so the problem must be on my end. I’m not doing anything differently now than I was before yet it no longer works.
I tried restarting my computer, it doesn’t help.
