I agree with those, but a game with a dark and gritty style is missing. I nominate Killer Instinct 1 or 2 for that (haven’t played X1 KI). Anyone here can think of the japanese 2D with the best dark and grim aesthetics?
Someone may have mentioned this already, but I’d love something like Tekken Tunes in TTT2. You’d have the ability to set any song to any stage (including your own PS4 music library), and they could even sell previous games’ OSTs as DLC. Bonus points if they pull off extra stuff like the 3S tracks changing with each round or SF2 themes having ‘heavy damage’ variations.
I want day/night stage transitions. It’s nice that stage music changes from round 1 to 2(though sadly remains the same for 3) but I’d be happy to have the mood of the tracks change based on if it’s day and night. That would be amazing. If I remember correctly though I think capcom stated the game would have dynamic weather effects…?
How did you guys feel about the visual indicators on the healthbars in SF4 that gave you a cue on when to time your next hit for it to connect/combo? Would you like something like that to return in SF5?
I need characters with air throws to NOT stop in the middle of the air when they are doing them. Like a complete pause in the middle the air. Just don’t Capcom.
Idk if anyone else would be interested in this but I think announcer packs would be really cool. Would definitely be sick if you could download some old school ones as well as new ones
