There’s no telling how he is supposed to “copy” yet until match vids come out. Right now he looks pretty vanilla outside of cool animations and ability to reflect projectiles. Hopefully more will come out about his playstyle in the future. I’m hoping they didn’t take the lazy way and just give him a couple moves from other ppl and called it day.
Yeah, the only ‘new’ characters he copies are Hawkeye and Black Knight.
Maybe some of his other details might reference people.
Considering Capcom’s relationship with UDON I was hoping they’ll go with the UDON costume. I like it more than his original. I find his choice of theme odd. It makes seem like a Knight.
As a fan of the character, glad he’s in and want to see more copycat moves. Though the arrows makes me a little sad that Hawkeye wasn’t also included.

With the “copy” they can give him something akin to Rouge’s dash grab from XvsSF to copy another characters moves. Each character on the revealed roster has at least one physical move he can emulate.
Well it would help if if you see Gouki’s moves as being copies of other characters…I think.

The cartoony skull mask doesn’t help much either but I’ll get used to it too.
TM has a lot more moves (both copied and unique) not shown in the vid.

Also, for an amalgam character he is definitely more faithful to his comics part than Super Skrull. I definitely see Taskmaster truly repped.

Imo on the voice, the only person i can think of that would be a better fit is like Rino Romano.
