Honestly, I read the last issue just to get the feel. Skipped it. Wasn’t big or liked but just meh. Was just as bad as Bendisvengers except the guy got the characters correct.

You read enough comics, and you begin to realise that it could be MUCH, much worse.
I’m just happy if I can read a comic and not instantly recoil from it, these days.
I knew taskmaster from way back in the Deadpool comics. His voice is decent I can deal with and his combos are crazy plus, counter super and reflect projectiles nice. Let’s go!
Wondering if/hoping he has a third hyper. Although the two he has look nice enough, even if counter hypers are situational as hell.
Also… After reading about it ( some synposises and stuff, not the actual material ) the plot of Taskmaster vol 2 sounds really… nonsensical and bizarre, reminds me of the plot of several bad movies… It also seems like it totally retcons the whole characters.
edit: And I’m glad they went for the skeletor look instead of that body armor look.
Really weird and yeah kinda made him into a good guy without knowing it. Pretty funny. But whatever. Marvel for you nowadays.

I was hoping for more copy cat references to be honest. Most of his moves are from within the game. I was really hoping he wouldn’t be Seth-esque but it’s looking that way. Here’s hoping he has more than what was in the trailer.
isnt all of his moves copied , but considering he can only copy agility and marksman ship that leaves him abit limited as to what he can actually copy, hes also using moves from characters that are not in the game
