Task seems to be rushdown. Pretty much using certain specials to get close and then use his combos which seem to have a lot of length plus seems to be able to OTG pretty easily. Both gun and bow way of doing so, think his normals are going to be pretty kickass due to his lack of hypers.

It’s a bit annoying yes. I mean, it’s clearly him doing Spiderman’s move called that even Spiderman calls “Spidey Swing”. Any child can see that without too much thought involved.
I disagree on him being poor on the attack, I think he’ll be fine on the offensive, IMO he seems a well rounded char.
He has 3 counters, a low counter, a reflecting counter, and a hyper counter, and he can pressure on block pretty well with his grappling hook swing, it lets him stay on them and keep pressuring. I see him as being pretty scary on top of an opponent, pressure and mixups, baiting an attack and countering. He can use a low hitting assist combined with his grappling hook>aerial for an unblockable, and we’ve seen what looks to be an overhead normal, once he’s opened them up we’ve seen he can combo pretty well. I think he’s going to be good, his projectile is great and provides variety, his combos seem solid, and his counters can shatter an opponents pressure game. Going for a high-low mixup? Better not be predictable with it, otherwise you’ll be getting impaled and shot by Tasky.
He’s on my team already, I’ll be playing him day one.

This motherfucker is going on my team day one, I’m really impressed by what I’ve seen so far. I was searching for a well-rounded character for my X-23/Iron Man team and he seems like a perfect fit. Also helps he’s one of my favourite marvel characters, his superpower is awesome. May send him out first, he looks like he’d do well on point. Initially X-23 was first, but she’s a bit fragile. Might use her to mop up weakened characters.

Anyway, he’ll probably have an alt referencing The Red Skull.

He also had his classic costume in his recent mini ( Which was excellent) and he hasn’t used the Udon one since UDON left.
Not at all. He’s been one of my favorite Marvel characters for about two or three years not (since I read the UDON mini series). The game dialogue is true to the comic. He is always a bit of an ass, always talking shit, really. He’s professional in what he DOES, but not in what he says.
It actually does. He’s a bit of a pretty boy, very narcissistic and arrogant during a fight. It fits him perfectly, imo.
After seeing those vids he looks as versatile as I imagined. Now im just wondering how he will deal with the super pixie types(X-23/Hope etc…) That can do 20 mixups a minute without resorting to spam the counter move.
