See, this is the kinda shit that makes me jaded towards women. I know there are actual cases of females getting raped, but they are always overshadowed by these selfish, basic bitches that don’t want to deal with possible consequences dealing with said persons and are only concerned with themselves.
Example: An acquaintance of mine tells me of a story about her friend being raped by her boyfriend, who is also friends with said acquaintance. I read it and was in shock at first, then I started looking into the details of the story and started to think of the flip side of everything. Said acquaintance said there were no signs of abuse from the girl and now the police are involved.

Proceeds to “make” her say she’s “worthless, pathetic trash” for 48 HOURS, forces her to call people and tell them to kill themselves, threatens to kill HIMSELF unless she does everything he says. Takes her back to her dorm. Forces her to have anal TWICE, claims he wouldn’t leave until she sucked him off clean. Slapped her ass and left.
I’m sure you guys are smart enough to see where I’m like, “What the actual fuck?” First off, you cheated on him twice and told him? Well, gg. Obviously he’s not someone you wanna be with if that’s the case, but, I digress. Secondly, who the fuck would stay with someone for over 2 days to make them repeat that? Did you kidnap her and force her away from people to do that? Personally, I would get bored hearing it after 20 minutes, unless you’re some sadistic piece of shit. Did he pick the people and made her talk to them? Cause if a friend randomly calls me and tells me to kill myself without any explanation, I’m gonna have questions. Did the people she call report this because her randomly calling people would be out of character? Or did she plan this and call specific people to be in cahoots with her to get her alleged rapist boyfriend away from her because ruining someone’s life is WAY easier than just breaking shit off. :bluu: Anal twice? Jeez. Was this like, back to back? Was there no break in between cause, damn, dude must have stamina to bust a nut twice then give her some good ole truffle butter (barf) and bounced.
All of this seems like some shit you’d see on Lifetime and the details just seems insane. It leaves me with way more questions than answers. And if the police are involved, hopefully they can get down to the real situation. People crack under pressure and their stories change. Part of me wants to feel bad, but I choose to reserve said feelings until actual proof.[/details]

Uh, you can’t put yourself in that situation and expect her to act like you. You can say that about any abusive relationship. “Why the heck are you with them if they hurt you? First time it happened, I’d leave his ass.” But the story still could be fake. I mean, there should be evidence of trauma especially if it’s anal. Guess it depends on when the cops got involved.
Innocent until proven guilty sounds nice…until it hits home. Rape and pedophilia is a touchy subject (pun intended) for a lot of people. Would you ever have you kids spend the night at a friend’s house whose dad is accused of child molestation?
No of course not, just like I wouldn’t let them stay at the house of an accused murder because he MIGHT have done it. That doesn’t mean he’s guilty tho and still needs to be treated as such by the law, which we have seen is not the case.
I know I can’t put myself in her shoes, why I said, personally, etc. I wasn’t speaking for her. As far as I know, my acquaintance could be lying since she’s a fuckin’ drama queen and an attention whore. Nevertheless, if it IS true or even have a fiber of truth, I’d wanna know when the cops were involved. And how long the situation had been going on in general. But whatever, just the simple fact I started to question whether the girl was being honest is from me being jaded by countless stories of false accusations.
And glad I would never have to worry about that scenario since I never plan to have children. 
Sure, you’ll be more suspicious and wary of the accused, that’s human nature. However, put yourself in the alleged rapist’s shoes. Would you want anyone and everyone to somehow think you were scum of the earth if you knew full well you didn’t do anything? It’s easy to say that we’d fall for the mob mentality, but a rational person is going to play devil’s advocate and understand that it’s not as easy as “well she said it so it must be true.”
Another subject I didn’t touch on is that it’s also fucked up that it’s guilty until proven innocent when the case involves an alleged male rapist and potential female victim, but when it’s a male victim, especially if the rapist is a female, everyone just automatically assumes that because we’re men we “shouldn’t pretend that we didn’t enjoy what happened.” Society’s double standard for this subject is beyond disgusting.
That’s all well and good but the ‘When its a man’ in these scenarios statistically is less than 1 percent of all total cases. So taking that into consideration is a rarity.

Don’t see how this is a victory unless the hooker’s doing time, or paying up in a lawsuit for defamation of character or slander…just sayin’.

Too bad that it neither really does much to undo the damage she so easily did nor means that she’ll actually be punished given women are basically always get slaps on the wrist in the “justice” system unless maybe they’re really ugly minorities. I know America already has a stupid amount of people in prison, quite often on trumped and bullshit charges, but I still can’t help but wonder many women who didn’t get punished for crimes that men would easily get charged (more time) for would be prison if they got the Onion treatment:

Same. Stuff like this is why I tend to have a difficult time believing women bringing up rape charges nowadays unfortunately. Of course rape happens unfortunately, but there’s been way too many instances of women “crying wolf” pretty conspicuously due to regret over a consensual encounter only for me to be like “yep, he’s guilty” like how most of Western–or it is just America?–society seems to instantly go. This doesn’t even touch on the even more horrible women who just outright lie without ever having actually had sex with the person for spite or other personal gain because they know they can get away with it.
(I honestly wish I could say “people” here, but it’s basically always women who lie about rape unfortunately since basically no one believes or cares that men can be raped beyond a certain age unless it’s maybe by another man and even then, given all the prison rape jokes society makes…)
It’s even more problematic since trying to pass laws that would ensure people who brought up false rape charges actually got punished just seems like would possibly only make the problem worse. The actual liars would become far more unlikely to recant since now they’d actually have to pay for their bullshit and actual victims/survivors less likely to bring it up if they have insufficient evidence that makes it seem like they’re lying when they aren’t. I currently don’t see a good out to this type of situation unfortunately, at least on a societal level.
Fixed that for you. People being “guilty until proven innocent” applies to more than just (egregiously) false rape cases, unfortunately; it’s just that rape cases–I’m putting pedophile charges here too–are when people are the worst and most obvious about it and thus when your life gets ruined the most quickly by people’s natural(ly stupid) presumptions.

One of my friends had sex with a girl at party at our house and I recorded her walk of shame and interviewed her as she was walking out with a big smile on her face. After she got outed as a whore because she had a fiancee, then it became rape. If I wouldn’t have had the video of her hugging all over him and kissing him after the supposed rape with a time and date stamp he could have done time. He is black and she is white so you know how that would have gone down in court. I never forgot that a woman was willing to let a man lose 5 years or more of his freedom to protect her reputation.
