Yes, if both get hit with Blanka’s Roll they both go down and you reset, but since Gief/Hawk take and give more damage, the trade will be in their favor. A lot of the time Blanka’s roll get’s stuffed without even trading…probably because they missed the 1 frame (1/60th of a second) reversal timing.

Otherwise you get Street Fighter 3 where only two characters make it to the finals of tournaments.
Are you saying they might charge for a patch? There is no way in hell they would do that. All patches released on XBL and PSN cost money to submit them, which is why you usually don’t see patches correcting anything but the most serious problems for a month or two after launch (So they can absolutely be certain that everything is taken care of).

If they changed anything on Akuma, I’d just like to see his moves dizzy a little less. The other day I was hit by a 3-hit jab dp when I jumped in. After that I block an air fireball and got hit by low forwardxxblue fireball and was then dizzied?!? That may be out of the ordinary, but I guarantee if you substitute a hurricane kick in place of the fireball, you’d be dizzy everytime. It seems like a bit much.
