lol no tried fierce against hugo a couple times but never tried jab on anyone :wonder:. I just tried it though i whiffed it the first time cuz I’m all used to my Strong timing :arazz:. Only Double Fukiage Ken and Ryu anyways everyone else gets other stuff, resets, or SAI. Like my strong better it’s familiar and to me the timing is comfortable.

I knew it was possible but I need explanation lol.
DP? Double Punch do you mean TSC? Lol I might be wrong but whatever.
DP is dragon punch motion.
or double penetration ass rape
only you haha:angel:
Awe man, I dunno why I’m even posting this since all you 100% stun experts probably knew this a long time ago. Earlier in the thread there’s a post to a J match where he does a reset into cross-under EX fukiage on dudley. I found out last saturday (fiurst time practicing 100% stun in a long time) that you can also do s.rh~fukiage, j.lk (not sjc) into EX fukiage for a similar crossup. It requires a little less forward space than doing the tsurugi reset.
Someone might’ve said this before, but for Elena and Q. Do a HP fukiage after the SAII, and then just tap LK and canel it into a LP fukiage. Their hit boxes are weird so the LK moves MKO a bit forward enough to DP them. If you can’t execute it because you suck, you can luckily do EX fukiage if you have enough metre.
this guy…
hey all, just registered… been a long time reader of this thread… but never really had nagging questions until now.
the “standard” 100% combo (karakusa -> HPxxAbare -> dash kara-MP Fukiage -> LP Fukiage) is something i can do pretty well. i just have a few questions though.
in this thread, i’ve read that for Elena, no kara-MP fukiage is needed. just MP fukiage and follow up with either EX Fukiage or kara(lk) fukiage.
a couple questions:
-
i’ve tested the “standard” 100% combo on Elena and managed to make it come out. is there are reason i dun see many people use the standard combo on her? is it because the standard combo comes out too inconsistently?
-
on Elena, i am capable of doing the karakusa, HP, abare, dash, MP fukiage, EX fukiage combo. but it does not stun. i get about 90-95% stun. is that how it’s supposed to be? reading through the thread, it was like people were saying 100% stun is possible with the ex fukiage.
-
again, on Elena… instead of doing EX fukiage, people have recommended kara lk into lp fukiage. what is the timing on this exactly because it seems like makoto won’t move forward far enough for me to get the last punch in. in fact, it even seems like my first MP fukiage is timed wrong. watching the master class makoto, the first fukiage on elena appears to connect with makoto’s head. should i kara the first fukiage as well? i just don’t get it.
-
i think this is my last question for now (sorry for being so long). for characters like ibuki and oro, i saw that the last fukiage had to be kara too. but i dun quite understand what it’s telling me. or i do understand, i just dun know what to do to execute the motion. i see that it’s layed out as cr rh~jab fukiage. can someone give me a step by step on what exactly is supposed to happen with my stick motion and button presses?
thanks to anyone that can answer.

Personal preference both work both have their issues with her
standard combo is on the stricter side timing wise, compared to alot of characters
st short version has its issues also
to stun someone with a normal sized stun bar you most hit them with two non-ex fukiages’
reg to ex will not stun(although it will hit quite a few characters it’s pretty pointless)
haven’t seen the vid in awhile… would not be surprised if they did two jab fukiages. iirc try to time the first fukiage early but not as early as possible
think ken’s kara shoryu, for the second on instead of returning the stick to neutral hold it in the down twds position and kara with croutching rh instead of standing rh
so kara the first fukiage with st rh and the second one with cr rh
what is a fukage and a tsurugi!?
…it begins.
thank you very much for the response.
i’ve managed to make it come out with MP Fukiage, kara-LP fukiage. but i’m very inconsistent.
on Q… the MP Fukiage has to be timed so that it’ll hit. too early or late and it wiffs.
(at least from my own testing). but as long as i can get the MP Fukiage to hit on Q, i know that i can get the kara-LP Fukiage.
not so with Elena. like i said before, i’m very inconsistent with pulling it off. if i get in the MP Fukiage on Elena, am i guaranteed that kara-LP Fukiage? or does the MP have to be timed specifically? it’s really frustrating, because i can’t seem to find that right timing. i think it’s similar to the Q timing, but there no way for me to tell if i hit it just right.
do you have any more tips?
(sorry for pickin’ your brain specifically… others are welcome to answer if they can!)
:wgrin:

Fukiage = dragon punch motion + punch
Tsurugi = quarter circle back + kick, while in air
Oroshi = quarter Circle back + punch
Karakusa = half circle back + kick
Hayate = quarter circle foward + Punch
sa1 seichuan chicken
sa2 abare tosonami
sa3 genei jin >.>
so there is no dash needed between the first (kara) fukiage and the second one?
For Q’s and Elena’s version no dash needed all others you dash inbetween
Other variant preformed in W fukiage video is (works on Oro and Ibuki)
sa2-> dash cr rh kara’ed fukiage-> dash (in same direction as first dash) cr rh kara’ed fukiage
so if you were on the first player side when you started the combo both dashes would be towards the right
timing of first fukiage is on the late side
Any thoughts on why someone would be able to pull off kara RH~MP fukiage 100% normally, but 0% in the middle of the combo?
A lot of times I get standing RH instead.
when you’re doing it cold… your hands are already postured in antcipation for the somewhat awkward [?] kara rh~strong fukiage. when you’re in the middle of the 100% stun combo, you’re hands are “recovering” from the dash and may not be in the same posture you’ve practiced to get the kara strong fukiage cold.
at least that’s my hypothesis. i’m still extremely inconsistent in pulling off makoto’s basic 100% stun. but i seem to do fine without it… ehh… for now.
yeah I think if my playstyle revolved around getting it or otherwise losing I would be much worse off. I generally blow meter on chop to ex dash punch or use it on instant tsurugis or overhead chops.
I tend to have meter when I need it, but Im not going to sit on meter for something I cant reliably do.
dash cr rh fukiage dash (same direction as first dash) cr rh kara’d fukiage also works on the twins
So that makes them the only characters that 3 different versions of the 100% work on
