For the people having trouble using cdrecord, i suggest installing ASPI drivers, most likely [this.](http://66.90.101.162/~combovid/eidrian/aspi (for cdrecord).rar) (Remember my server is a bitch and won’t let you download unless you right click > Save as the link). Install, reboot and retry. I believe this helped me before, so it might work for you.
On another note, someone sent me a Doc_Final.rar, i need an avatar for this mix, cuz i don’t really remember who sent it in. Yeah i’m screwed up like that. =P
Anyways, let me know cuz I’m having the compilation ready the next week or so.
Hey i have been searching on google for answers and this site. Please do not flame me for this post!
I have been trying to burn my custom mvc2 all weekend long and I have the constant rebooting problem! I have followed the instructions from the beginning of this thread to burn my custom soundtrack, but when I put the game into the dc it just gets to the sega logo and just reboots from there.
I have tried using exoboot, discjuggler, etc, etc. I am about to break my DC because this have been frustrating me.
i did the step where i cut and paste the 1stread.bin and ip.bin out of my data file, hacked the 1st_read.bin successfully and re-inserted the 1st_read.bin into the data file.
I have the data.iso how do I selfboot it to a cdi?
Does the data.iso contain the audio file in it? Or do i still have to burn that audio raw file and then burn the data.iso?
When you say option 2, do you mean mode 2? I am confused
Uhh… is there any other methods for adding custom music to the PS2 MvC2. I’ve been having trouble with the one Combo Masher posted. Some odd reason, my audio files aren’t being 48000 hertz for frequency. Even when I select it.
I’ve been following the tutorial, however I’ve run into a problem. When I try to run CDRWIN, my burner is not recognized and when I checked the list on their website, my burner isn’t listed as compatible. Is there any solution to this or any other program I can use? I can’t even create an .iso to burn with another program.
