i guess i can look for scanlite. i’ve DL’d a bazillion other programs for this already, LOL. what does “rebuilding” involve? but i can’t afford Nero, and my Vista laptop has built in software for burning CD’s and DVD’s. will this suffice?
i also DL’d a torrent from a link that said it was a DVD rebuild, it opened into 2 MVC2 image files. one files was a big ISO and the other was tiny 5kb MDS file. both had the MVC2 files and folders inside them and ISObuster extracted them NP. i didn’t need DVD decrypter or anything to open them. but CD/DVD GEN won’t let me turn the modified files into a DVD IML because it requires something like “60,000 sectors” (which is shown in the GEN’s window where you drag the files you want to). if i can’t make the DVD IML, then i can’t convert to DVD ISO… so i guess what i’m getting at is: is there an available program that makes IMLs? or do i need to do something more with CD/DVD GEN to fill the empty space?
i second this request :rolleyes: because if i can’t create my own successfully, then maybe i can mooch off someone else?

its on the step to make “audio.raw” file. I keep typing the cdrecord -scanbus command on DOS but the it keeps saying its an invalid command any help on this? I’m running windows XP btw
Did you type in cd\selfboot in the cmd window first?
I’m having trouble burn a copy right now too.
I get to the .iso burning session and so far it’s stuck on “Last chance to quit, starting real write in 1 seconds.” And hasn’t done anything in the past 5m.

yeah I do and when I type the cdrecord -scanbus command this comes up:
‘cdrecord’ is not recognized as an internal or external command , operable program or batch file
anybody any ideas?
