nvm… figured it out… stupid mistake.
Some of what I got so far: I took the basis of that Iceman/Human Torch, Doc and Geronimo, but I wanted to push the boundaries of the fire side.

I do want to make a note about Iceman’s human form though. The muscle definition line for chest/torso are always black by default (and looks really bad). If you want it to look good, make it the same color as the rest of his costume, but darker.

Here are a bunch of my edits. I’ll post more later. Many of them are still in need of touch ups, but feel free to give some input:
Strider: Naturally, the one I spent the most time with
Spiderman: Armor Spidey and two others
Venom: A few hyper venom colors and a sharpened up black one
Gief: Some minor edits. Hulk HOgan, Hulk, and Ultimate Warrior Colors
Morrigan: Tried creating some lilith pallettes. Kind of rough. Also tried a poison ivy effect
Psy: New outfit colors and skin tones.
Ryu: Tried giving him some akuma and ken pallettes. Also gave him his old SF 1 Red hair and DBZ gi.
Sent: Just some mix and match here. Laker Pride
Magneto: Had the most fun making superman Magneto.
Jill: Zombie pallettes
Hulk: Nothing really. Just some orange and blue hulk edits.
hayato: Bleh
Thanos: Darkseid palette
Dr Doom: Had a lot of fun with this one. Probably the most fun character to edit for me.
Cyke: A real bitch to edit. But I got some neat colors out of it.
Captain America: US Agent and Captain (insert random country here)
Charlie: Shadow Charlie Palettes
Chun: Shadow Lady Palettes
Guile: Bleh
Bison, Storm, Ken: CE Bison, Laker Storm, some metrosexual colors, and evil Ken
Cable: Just some basic color swaps along with Gayble
Akuma: Super Saiyan Akuma and Dan Akuma
People need to learn to use png’s and drop jpgs once and for all. All those artifacts are like a million needles to the eye…

PNG owns GIF but images with a large number of colors often turn to be compressed more efficiently with JPG.
People shall always have their preferences…so it’s no point to steer them otherwise…
That’s not true. JPEG looks like crap when used for this purpose. It’s not a preference, they’re just being ignorant. Once you actually realize how awful JPEG is making the image (versus the fidelity of PNG), if someone ACTUALLY prefers JPEG, I’ll eat my hat.
My “hat” is a chocolate chip cookie, but the point remains that anybody using JPEG here is doing it by accident or laziness.

Heh, well I wasn’t defending anyone…I just felt like putting that up…but for the seriousness ov this quick little subject ov JPEG<PNG is that ov LAZINESS…that or ppl just aren’t well-versed in the know-how ov PNG-usage (which I feel that ppl shouldn’t be bashing others for their somewhat n00bishness…if that is even the case)…

When you say “People shall always have their preferences…so it’s no point to steer them otherwise”, that doesn’t point out to them that saving as JPEG caused their colors to bleed all over the place and the image to look like absolute crap.
Allllll you have to do is initially Save As PNG instead. Voila. This could not be easier.

If anybody else hits crashes in PalMod, please let me know how you caused that crash to happen. I imagine we’ll have an all new all great codebase once Suupabuu finishes this next round of updates, but if I can help solve minor nits here and there, that seems of value.

So, those of you who have figured out how to edit certain normals and projectiles, are any of you willing to share such knowledge? I know Doc and company will withhold such info until after evo, but know I there are some out there that have already figured out and posted such pallets.
More specifically, I am looking for some normal attacks such as sentinel, Magnus, and Iron Man. I think I got them, but if I can save 50+ blank cds it would be nice.
