Still debating how to refine this vs a similar team I had a few days ago…I realize I made a mistake making the Lando set. Rock Tomb is to go with Swords Dance.
I honestly think it is much better to increase your speed via Rock Polish than rely on slowing down an opponent’s speed. That creates a much greater sweeping potential, also Metagross, a mon that’s very popular on the ladder could read this strategy on the second attempt, switch in with Clear Body and then Mega evolve and proceed to Ice Punch/Sweep.
If anything, a Smack Down/Gravity/Double-Dance variant might be more effective depending on what you’re looking for.
