Question not sure if this is a glitch on showdown or if this is how the move works but I have has this happen on more than one occasion. I will use a move like volt switch or u-turn on golisopod and emergency exit kicks in and switches but my mons Dont switch until the next turn allowing them to bring in something, setup for free and I have to wait until after they make a move before I can do anything so basically to illustrate
Vikavolt uses volt switch
Golisapod is brought down to 22%
Emergency Exit activates forcing Golisipod out
Scizor comes in turn over
Next turn Vikavolt switches out from effect of volt switch.
Gyrados comes in
Scizor mega evolves and uses SD.
That is the sequence. Is that how its supposed to work as an automatic turn ender or is it glitching?
The same things happens in the games. Emergency Exit nullifies Volt Turn’s effect.
