Good games at Avi’s Wednesday and GameWorks yesterday. Yesterday GameWorks had the best turnout we’ve had since Tekken 6 came out. Too bad next couple Thursday nights I’m having get-togethers with other folks, so I won’t see you there. I hope that Honda player and that other dude that came with him start showing up to some of our other stuff.
There were some tournaments right after SF4 came out on console, but they’ve since disappeared. Now, the only people here that try to run non-major tournaments are either non-fighting gamers or people nobody likes.
That’ll teach me not to read this thread for a day. I can probably do this next Friday, if you don’t mind it being Christmas. Good to see you back.

ggs at LOC’s last night, and while I’m at it… I want to apologize for how shitty I played and how agitated I was. I had a long ass day after getting like two and ahalf hours of sleep, and I can’t function like that. Furthermore, if I’m ever that tired again on game night, I don’t think I will show up.
Side note, I wish I knew if I should still bring my PS3 for capping…

Let’s go with AH1! It may be dead but it’s 1000x better than the AH2 port! Plus I have the kickass custom mix that poon hooked me up with last year. I’ll be at whatever game night that I can make it to, but I can’t make it to Thursday or Friday night gatherings right now since I’m scheduled on evenings/nights for now :sad:
BTW the whole “Fistful of Woolongs” title makes me lol

The real answer:
The REAL people that took games seriously and were actually good went on to better things. Like I said many times before they dont come to this site, we never really did. I may still do events in the future because Im one of those people that was associated with games back in the day I kinda feel sorry for this “community” that i use to be associated with and occasionally have free time to do something official…but honestly, i the smarter side of me doesnt see why really. Especially after how apeshit this community went once me and jinmaster put on Focus Cancel and no one cared to apologize.
In simple terms, the community not only aint got no direction, but the people that are tryin to do something dont even know what theyre doin to begin with. One of the reasons is because they’re not any good. This community will never progress unless someone that knows what theyre doin comes and take over. I guarantee it.
Enough preaching. Yall makin me feel old again.
