ok thanks david cause im pretty confident in my mk skill since online im like 173 and 70 or 80 something so i wanna try and put it down for cola in atleast one game what usagi said made alot of since to me

You play kof?

So, casuals will not be happening at maddness tonight?

It’s actually 68,000 A YEAR. It’s crazy. But that’s the cost of a good education. USC is a good school.

I used to play KOF 2002 back in the day. I know how to use all the CVS2 people like Kyo, Terry, Iori, etc.

I’m no scrub, guys so don’t worry.

I was never informed about casuals this friday

Tupac’s Next Posthumous Release: A Screenplay - Amplifier

@abk: It was posted on the first page, just like all of our other tournaments/gatherings. There’s also an MK tournament that starts at 1pm today, if you wanna just show up to spectate.

Had a lot of fun at Maddness Gaming yesterday and like that ā€œNew Technologyā€ Eskay had for my Saki ;D It was also nice to get some legitimate practice in for SF.

I might swoop in today I got nothing else to do.

IF anyone is interested in Guilty gear I’ll bring my set-up.

@abk: I’m down for some guilty gear. Are you bringing it for the PS2? If so, I’ll make sure to bring my PS2 stick and controllers since I think yours are messed up. Also bring KOF 2002UM

If I were to hold a session or three over the next few weeks, what would be best for y’all in terms of dates?

Weekends. That is all. Niggas got shitty jobs 'round here. Augusta Super is sometime soon ( don’t remember the exact date… but I think it was the 21st of this month? ) And those of us that can afford two trips will be going to that Anime Convention Memorial day weekend. If that helps…

I’d like a show of hands on who is actually trying to take MK9 seriously. I know people have their reasons for not, and I’m not trying to pull people away from their AE or Arcana or CSII when they come out, but I want people to honestly say if they want to put the effort down for what it takes to be good.

And if people are going to take it seriously, people need to get around these pre-conceived notions on who is good or who isn’t, specially since like three people have been playing the game for months in pre-release, the entire game system is completely new and different from any other fighting game, and half the roster hasn’t even been touched yet. EG: Who’s to say Quan Chi is bad, or should I say Quan-Cheating?

This weekend’ ā€œTournamentā€ was probably a good indication that nobody else besides myself, and maybe Byron and maybe Pat are going to be in it for the long term, but I don’t know. The game is good, and I think it deserves people’s attention. With that said, I think I’m going to start hosting some MK9 Casuals on a weekly basis, MK only. Not sure yet though.

i take it seriously i just work on the weekends and i have class on sat from 9am to 1pm i just which yall played 360 so we could practice

@ Kimchi: If you check the main source for that article, Shigenori Yoshida said PSN would be ā€œfullyā€ functional by May 31st. If you remember in one of the previous May updates, they stated online play functionality and chat would be restored first and all other services a couple of weeks after (PSN Store,Qriocity, etc).

I wouldn’t get too upset yet, although this is Sony we’re talking about :stuck_out_tongue:

Also, isn’t it still going to be released for 360 tomorrow? If so, you should theoretically still be able to get some playtime in.

They also said it would be up in the middle of last week. I doubt everything will go smoothly.

@ Cola: Bad news, just found out that the days off weren’t approved from my job for CEO so I can’t go :frowning: Well my registration money just went down the drain.

@ Kimchi: I don’t know what else to tell you, but puts on shades deal with it.
