tekken 6 is out at sams club today in greenville
I watched the post-event conference and it was illuminating. Dana White and the UFC have absolutely no control over the judges. It’s the state athletic commission. White and the UFC wants it to improve as much as we do, although he admits he has no idea (yet?) how to improve it.
So it seems the UFC and Boxing are both hampered by a shared weakness: a state athletic commission which is pretty incompetent.
Dana White says he thinks Shogun won the fight as well, but that the athletic commision couldn’t give less of a shit about what he says or thinks.
So, let’s lay off the UFC on this one. It is an outside commission’s fault that the fight wasn’t scored correctly.
Hell, even I thought the UFC wanted to keep Machida on top at first, but after learning this I kind of sympathize with organizations like Boxing and UFC. These fighters put their health on the line, fight hard (in some cases more than others) and then some outside commission fucks everything up.
Is this a ufc forum or fighting game forum. less ufc more tekken,sf4,bb. the scenario campaign mode is really fun. You play as Lars and Alisa as you figure out why Lars has amnesia and what his role in tekken 6 storyline. It is also the best why to get gold to customize characters. I’m trying to learn Bob combo and what moves are good and what moves are bad. Im mainly working on his launcher and punish combos.
btw Forza 3 is the best racing game of all-time, all-time.

The NSAC has been screwing up things for years in MMA with their incompetent judges and refs. Of course, everyone’s gonna jump on the Dana White hate train, b/c it seems like thats the cool thing to do for some fans these days…but he has nothing to do with this. All he does is promote the fights, and make them along with Joe Silva, and he does a fine job of both IMO. This was a bad call on the judges side, especially the always questionable Cecil Peoples who has a reputation as a horrible judge AND ref. At least we’re getting a rematch, it’s just a real damn shame that Shogun isn’t going to have the strap heading into that rematch. Also, did you hear Brock Lesnar pulled out of his title fight against Shane Carwin today? I was really looking forward to Carwin bashing the hype out of ol’ Cockchest, but I guess I’ll have to wait a bit longer.

what system did you get it on? PS3?
played 3 matches online. seems smooth with good connection. then again I suck so bad right now I can’t tell if stuff is coming out when it’s supposed to. no visible stutter/slowdown though, unless the game masks it somehow.
Glad someone is having a positive experience with Tekken 6. Other than the casuals friday, I’m so mad at Namco. Want to murder someone.
Thank god I used my gift card I won at the tournament and bought it for only 40 bucks.
