I cant wait till Cody/Hugo team. I never played FF, but in SF4 I thought ‘This Cody guy is cool’ and in SF3 I saw Hugo and thought ‘Sure I will main him.’

The only reason i haven’t sold SF x TK on ebay yet is because i want to see how CODY plays. Maybe he will make me love the game but i’m not sure, i’m pretty good with hworang but can’t find a secondary character to win consistently. Cod is my main in SSFIV which i still play a lot, Cody and hworang tag-team sounds pretty good to me.

What does Cody have in the way of hit-confirms?
Nothing is 100% clear, but I could imagine, that he has a few semi safe strings to confirm.
St.LK-MP, cr.LK-MP e.g. because I reckon he’ll have +frames on st. and cr.Mp alone, so even as a chain it should still be quite safe.
Then he’ll have his known Hitconfirm Links out of cr.LP e.g.
All speculation obviously, but I don’t expect negative surprises there.
That’ll be the first thing I’ll be looking for, a hit-confirm string that can frametrap, i.e c.lp <frametrap> c.mp, ? x ender/launcher. Failing that, like you say, s.lk x mp etc. will do if they’re safe ish.
Guessing there’s no framedata anywhere for the new 12.
