pleiglass tops are included in the price.
I’ll try to get some pictures and samples for you from my vendor.
If you look on page 2 there’s pictures of a fully setup case minus the 4 buttons for start home select guide
In one of the pictures you can see that the joystick has the shaft cover and i didnt haveany clearance issues but ill dbl chk to see, i guess it wouldn;t hurt having a slightly bigger hole.
The layouts will be standard 8 buttons. if there’s any extra hole that you dont want you can purchase the button cover. The reason for this is b.c the setup time to set the machine up to run a certain phase or step cannot be easily modified by just deleting. so in essence by making that small change adds another 30-45 min to the process.
Thanks everyone for expressing your interest, this definately helps me out so that i can have everything taken care of all at one time without any extra added wait time on your part.
very very impressive. Love the clean look of the aluminum.
Can you find out how much shipping would cost to L8H 1A4?

Anybody using a ps3 board? If you are can you take a picture of the PS3 board and post it here?
I’m need to drill some mounting holes for it.
Thanks
Hey NHTRAN - a popular feature lately is to not include any mounting holes at all. People have been using adhesive backed zip tie mounts. Its a lot cleaner. You can check out examples in this thread:

thanks P. I’ll go that route instead.
Hey All,
Thanks to Nareg from Gamingnow.net, I’ve started to mass produce these cases. They will be on Gamingnow.net’s website soon.
I will have pics/vids of the mfg process soon.
Thanks everyone for your expressed interest
Nice, nice.
May your endeavors soar.

Hotness!!
Have you tried putting in a 24mm Sanwa? The Bezel/Rim is about 1mm thicker diameter wise than a Seimitsu I think. Screw hole is still the same, but If those are machined to fit a seimitsu exact, a 24mm sawna might not go all the way into the countersunk part. Fine with me since I’m using Seimitsu buttons. Just concerned with people that might want to use Sanwa 24mm. Just a heads up if you have not created a run of top plates yet.
Ahh I didnt realize that there were 2 options… I’m going to have to lock down what this case will or will not accept. There’s too many possible variables and combination.
Nam can we speak on aim for a min?
All of my Measurements in the pictues are Guestimates by eyeing but I hope you get the idea.
Widening the countersink hole 1mm will solve the problem. (Green part in top right of illustration)
Right now your countersink for the 24mm hole fits a seimitsu button perfect. If you widened the countersink 1mm then it would work for both buttons. In the bottom half of the picture illustrates the small difference in size for the rim. The 24 mm part of the hole would stay the same.

Below is what might happen if you tried to put a Sanwa in.
It might need to be squeezed in or one could file down the button.
If there was 1 mm more the countersink would accomodate both buttons nicely.

Other than that everything looks awesome. Especially the Neutrik adaptor hole.
That’s the point I was going to try to illustrate by aim, nice drawings man.
Thanks for the drawing but, i guess this will be for the next iteration of cases since the top side panel has already been mfg & i’m def not going to throw all the material and work I’ve done to date.
I wish i knew that all 24mm buttons are not created equally or the same.
just curious, before manufacturing these cases, do you actually own sanwa and seimitsu 30mm + 24mm buttons?
Yes, i was aware of the differences between the sanwa & seimitsu buttons in regards to teh locking nut. but the dimensions for the buttons were the same.
I was not aware of the difference between the 24mm button for sanwa vs seimitsu tho.
